- Additional Info:On December 12, 2018, Real Travel, LLC came to the attention of BBB. At that time we received information from the BBB of E. & SW Missouri & S. Illinois that Brian Scroggs, who is connected to several F rated timeshare companies in Missouri, was opening up a new company, Real Travel LLC, in Bentonville, AR.
Real Travel's Articles of Organization were filed with Arkansas Secretary of State on June 5, 2018, listing Bart Bowe and Brian Scroggs as Officers of the company, with its principle address listed as 1202 NE McClain Rd, Building 7, Bentonville, Arkansas 72712. On January 28, 2019 BBB confirmed that Real Travel entered into a Virtual Office Agreement with Regus Management Group, LLC, for mail forwarding services.
Real Travel purports to provide "timeshare exit" services to consumers who no longer want to own timeshares. They also sell memberships or licenses to other vacation travel clubs.
According to consumer complaints, Real Travel allegedly failed to sell or transfer consumers' timeshare properties, failed to activate consumers' memberships into travel clubs, and failed to honor the contractual three-day cancellation period. One consumer stated "We cancelled our contract within the time allowed. They have $18,262.00 of ours and refuse to return it. They have provided no service to us. NOTHING!" As of August 1, 2019 Real Travel has an "F" rating with the BBB for failure to respond to four (4) complaints.
Brian Scroggs and/or Bart Bowe are also related to other companies in the same industry, Vacation Consulting Services, The Transfer Group LLC and Real Travel LLC, all operating out of Missouri. BBB of E. & SW Missouri & S. Illinois maintains separate BBB Profiles on these companies.

On July 30, 2019, the Arkansas State Attorney General's Office filed suit against Real Travel LLC, Bart Bowe and Brian Scruggs for violations of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practice Act.
