      Summer of 2019 I attended a seminar where Real Travel, LLC convinced me that they could get me out of my timeshare. I paid their fee, the paper work said that if the timeshare had not been acquired after 12 months they would take over ownership. I sent them all required info within 90 days. I gave them all documents they asked and until October 2020 we didn't receive any feedback from them. We sent email to them and nobody respond. Tried their portal which used to upload all documents they asked, it was no longer worked and then I discovered the phone number is no longer working. Then I started calling every number I had on any paper work and sending emails. I contacted their travel service company to see if they had any additional numbers or email addresses and they only directed me to the website I already had and no longer functioned and an email address that went no where.. In November 2020, as one of the victim, we sent my Consumer Affidavit to Attorney General in ******** for the case State of ******** v. Real Travel, LLC, et *** This travel center by the same name appears to be part of this whole scam/fiasco and now they've sent me an invoice and email for another year of membership dues for their travel services. I will not be paying this membership fee and this travel center has an ******** address. I called them to cancel this membership, but they are saying there are unpaid balance and cannot cancel it. They mail me invoice and email every month. It's really hurt me both mentally and physically.

      This is to follow up the complaint as I submitted on 11/30/2022.  I received a letter from *********************************** and asking me to pay the "outstanding debt."

      I think this letter is in related to Real Travel LLC.

      The attached is the copy of the letter.

      Again, I have not used Real Travel service and I told them many times since year 2020 that I wanted to cancel the service, but it still continues sending me the statement/letter.

      Please let me know what shall I do to stop it.
