      My apartment complex forces residents to use this internet provider. They are the worst internet company I have ever used! Horrible service, outages every week, and their customer service is just as bad. Avoid this company at all costs!

      We're sorry to hear about the issues **** is having with his service. We strive to provide an excellent experience for all of our customers. We have not received any tickets from the email address **** wrote in from, but would love the opportunity to troubleshoot further and make things right.

      Unreliable. Unprofessional, Outages that last for days with no resolution in sight. Day five & internet is still out site wide. Another notice today, same story - have to order parts & no known timeframe for a technician to be sent to correct the issue. Spare yourself the headache & DO NOT contract with this company. Read the many poor reviews.ZERO stars

      Back in July my internet was out from the 3th to the 11th. Then it came back on but the Ethernet ports werent working. Took them another 3-4 days to fix it. Now again, Ethernet ports is not working. My pc is not wifi ready set up. I work from home and take all my exams and some classes online. Ive been out of internet for 3 days now. And NO HELP!!! Sadly my apartment complex use them for wifi and Im laying an extra $45 a month for bare minimum help.

      This whole apartment complex Im in has not received the required help for well over 2 weeks, it has been near daily messaging/phone calls and nothing has been done! Im A professional gamer and with these VERY frequent internet stutters I cant do my job! The issue is not the wifi itself, its the Ethernet not being connected throughout the whole apartment complex. Ive been through tier one, tier two, tier one again, tier two again, so on and so fourth. Im now waiting on a technician thats supposed to come in within the days of today to Thursday and I have not been given a specific date or time! Please please PLEASE have better/faster customer support, Im telling you your reviews will go from 1.5 or 1 star to potentially 4 stars VERY fast.

      Moved into a apartment complex(GreyStar) that is contracted with Whitesky in ******* ** and have had several issues in the last week and 3 days. At first we were receiving 200 kilobit speeds which eventually got a bit better averaging 7 megabit speeds during the day and night. That however doesn't change the fact that the speeds are still quite horrible and limits online communication like zoom/voice chats and also gaming. We also had had no access to ethernet which also greatly limited our speeds; which I eventually called about and they eventually asked for my IP Address and Windows version and later scheduled an appointment with a technician (Which felt very off). Whitesky later sent an email saying that they don't have an ETA for when the issue would be resolved and that "The current slowdown in your service is a result of a temporary circuit to which your property is connected". Then they send another email saying that the issue was fixed (when it wasn't) and just moved on. So far we have been told by ******** that our issues with the WiFi should end on a Friday in September (Maybe the 1st?) but I am not very confident in any resolutions. I have been extremely disappointed with their service so far.

      Building wide outage for 3 days. I have called 3 times a day waiting for a legitimate update. I cannot work, or do school work until this is fixed. I am having to go elsewhere to do my work. The only update I every get is, we have ordered a piece of equipment and there is no scheduled time for a technician as of now. Are you serious? after 3 days you do not have a solution to the problem?

      At *********** complex in *********, *****, Since Monday, July 31st afternoon I have no internet connection! Today is August 4th, Im still not able to access the Wi-Fi with the user credentials provided to us and the password provided to **. Because I have no Wi-Fi, I am not able to watch TV. This is ridiculous. I work from home and I can't now. Im having to go to other places to work to connect to Internet. Every day we have been told an electrician is coming out, The problem is being worked on, the Internet should be working in the next 24 hours. All of this is lies.. Why is this not being corrected in a timely manner?What happens if this issue occurs again?

      Terrible. Horrible support for WiFi issues. Had an outage on Friday evening that went unresolved for several days.

      We are very sorry for the property-wide outage this past Friday that impacted your ability to get online. A weather-related power surge at the property on Friday damaged some of the access points at your property, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience this caused. After sending a technician to the property on Monday, we were able to partner with the on-site maintenance team and find a grounding wire very loosely connected to a grounding rod, which may have been why the building couldn't divert the ********* appears property management called an electrician, to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future. Regardless, we have replaced the access points at the property as of this past Monday, and confirmed that residents were able to get back online. Again, we apologize that you were without internet services for a few days. Please contact our customer support if you have any further questions.

      WhiteSky is the sole Internet provider for a new apartment complex my fianc and I just moved into 2 weeks ago. I work from home and have for years and have never had outages of more than a few hours with any other provider. Today we already had an outage that has lasted an entire day and they wont even give any ETA on a restoration of service. I have never had worse boy noodles honey. I couldve held it for you. Oh my my birdfeeder its a birdfeeder. My mom bought that for me that farmhouse that barn. No I cant. We use it up here. Yeah birds come up here. Oh thats true and we do need those. I wondered where that one was I have a I have a blue one in the kitchen, but I keep one in the laundry room, service, nor worse customer service
