I have been in my apartment 9 days. We were not given a choice to choose a Wi-Fi provider. White sky was already in the building and we paid $75 a month for it. In the short time Im living here my phone does not work. It drops calls and the apps on both my TVs go in and out so in the middle of a program it loses connection, and I have to reboot the whole app over and over again

I work from home and have lost jobs due to Internet outages that took weeks to resolve. If your apartment uses WhiteSky and you need Internet for work, find another apartment.

We're sorry to hear about the issues **************** has had with our service. The recent site outage at the resident's property took 12 hours to resolve, as there was an issue on the carrier side, and WhiteSky needed to collaborate with OneRing to resolve the problem. If you experience any issues with service in the future, please reach out to our Support team so we can work on providing you with a resolution ASAP. Thank you.

Our apartment building also forces us to use Whitesky internet and charges us $75/month!! There are constant 24 hour + outages. Plus, the internet throughout the day continuously goes in and out. It's difficult to watch any series because it usually disconnects after each show. I will never move into another building that forces you to pay for this "service".

Were leaving our building as a result of the poor service of this provider. Gaming ping was at ****+ with 500+ packet loss on average of about 3/5 games. You can change provider but youre locked in on the monthly fee which is really sad.Customer service is slow, and they are not equipped to deal with networking issues on scale We were staying at the Barret in ***** Chase and

My apartment complex recently said they upgraded our services with white sky (had barely any problems last year). Changed our router and has been months, wifi is terrible. While speeds are fine, the connection is incredibly unstable and will kick you out of calls, games, etc. Worst ISP Ive ever used/been forced to use.

Poorly organized or horrendously managed or both. I have been waiting for 34 days now for them to fix my internet, every time I call I get "we have already escalated this to our higher service department and they will schedule a time to call you". I have not received a call once from them yet.

My son is a student at ************************** and moved into an apartment that utilizes WhiteSky as its internet provider. From the beginning, it was clear that there were issues with connectivity and functionality. The customer service is beyond horrible. The Tier 1 folks are nice but have no authority to do anything other than to take my name and number, and transfer me to a Tier 2 representative, should I call during working hours. Being transferred to a Tier 2 individual could help, if (1) they would pick up the call, and (2) are able to diagnose and fix the problem remotely - which doesn't happen. Step 3 is apparently having a technician come out, but that happening is nothing short of a miracle. I have received an email once indicating a technician would be out on a specific date between ****.... They never showed. After numerous times of calling the Tier 1 folks, a technician came to the apartment, but the issue was not fixed.... leading to more and more frustrating calls to get a technician out to service the problem. I am forced to have this company as my son's internet provider, but I have absolutely no recourse, or ability to solve the problem. I am at the mercy of... a dispatch team? who has the sole authority to send people out but is a department that I cannot speak with. I cannot get calls returned; I cannot get any idea of when a technician will come out to fix what could be a very simple issue. I don't know if this company is regulated by the state agency in the state of their headquarters, but I know that they are not regulated in the *****************. I have no recourse or way to fix my problem. NOTE: This program made me leave at least 1 star to complete this review, but make no mistake, they are not deserving of that 1 star.

THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE EVER! Why would any company want to use this service for their communities? And support doesnt help AT ALL! They cant even tell me when a service tech will be here to fix my issue and I called about this issue on Sunday! I just moved in on Saturday and I am already off to a bad start with them. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!
