      WORST Internet and WORST customer service I've ever ************** apartment building is contracted with WhiteSky and we have no other wired options for internet. Part of their contract was that WhiteSky had to provide the hardware such as the ********** unit had no router and I called them to ask for one to be installed and instead they just told me to talk to my leasing office. After play "go ask the leasing office" and "go ask the provider" back and forth 2 or 3 times, I finally settled that WhiteSky was the issue because they were the ones that installed the hardware.I told them I didn't have a router installed in my room only for them to ask me to plug cables into the wall and try things on my computer which wouldn't even work because it had NOTHING to connect to. I kept telling them that there was nothing where the router was supposed to be. No box, no cables, nothing. And they would NOT believe me. They kept telling me to check my system settings, go through command prompts and all kind of other stuff that wouldn't do anything without the physical router. They then told me they needed to escalate to a Tier 2 specialist, who was not available and had to call me back several days later. Absolutely insane hoops to jump through just to get a router installed. I was so upset, I literally cancelled my service for next month immediately and switched to 5G internet. My experience has been so much better since.Tldr: DON'T GET WHITESKY INTERNET - no one on their customer support team knows what they're doing and all you're going to get is headaches and frustration.

      ******** properties uses this ISP for their apartment complex. My iPhone hotspot is more reliable than WhiteSky. 5-10 daily WiFi disconnections, 4-5 outages up to 72 hours a year, the worst and most useless customer service Ive ever experienced with any internet provider. LAN connections and WiFi provide extremely volatile internet speeds that rarely maintain a high speed level. Tier 1 support will be 99% of your customer service actions whom are all just trying to do their job, but the only thing they can accomplish is creating a ticket. If youre lucky enough to get tier 2 support they will contact you at ridiculous hours 2-4am and say the ticket was resolved because you dont respond. Pulling your own teeth out is easier than getting a technician to visit the property. And the 3 times Weve had technicians dispatched by our leasing office, the internet either doesnt work still, or remains completely unreliable. Anywhere that uses WhiteSky will jeopardize careers that rely on work from home.

      WhiteSky might genuinely be one of the worst ISPs. For catering to college complexes (some of the most online demographics,) you would think that they would know the importance of having a good internet connection. While the internet is pretty good when it is working, the amount of downtime and problems I have had while living in a complex that uses it is absolutely absurd. Hours upon hours of complete disconnection in some instances. With my most common problem just being poor connection in general. Extremely high latency spikes. If the support was any use, none of this would be a problem. However, sending in an email for a ticket just causes a team to set up a time to call you that they often miss and will call at super late hours of the night instead. When you finally can get a ticket looked at, they will do the absolute bare minimum. I have gone as long as two weeks with an ongoing issue just for the support to restart the internet and completely ignore any further communication for days at a time. All of this to say, avoid this ISP at all costs if you have anything you need/want to do online. It is disruptive to online schoolwork, streaming, gaming, etc.

      This company is absolutely horrible. Their customer service is non-existent and they dont care about the end user because the end user isnt their customer as long as they can sell their service to developers. If you are looking at an apartment or house that uses whitesky LOOK SOMEWHERE else. I myself am moving because the internet is so bad. ~ ******* *********

      I'd give a 0 review if possible. Absolute trash service. Never consistent and have recorded 6.03 mbs download speeds.

      I cannot believe I am paying for this internet service. Just moved into this apartment complex earlier this year and saw that I would be paying 70/mo for WhiteSky. I should have done some research into this company and asked the management if it was possible for me to get my own internet service installed in my unit. As a tenant, I do not have any account credentials or any information at my disposal regarding my internet service. Advertised as 1000mbps internet, but I am only getting 20 in my second bedroom.

      Fast WiFi when it works. WhiteSky, more like PoopSky. The frequency of outages is absolutely unacceptable in todays society; internet is 100% a necessity. My apartment complex uses this ISP and they offer great speed, but clearly lack the proper infrastructure and technical support to provide a good service. I have had at least one outage per month, some lasting a few minutes to hours, and some lasting upwards of 1-2 days. To be the #1 ISP for student housing youd think theyd care about providing a service that students can trust on to be reliable and ready to use whenever needed. Not only can it affect your productivity on the internet, but you cant even use it to unwind and watch some videos, movies, or play some games. Extremely inconvenient service at least 1-2 times a month; thats on the low end compared to other reviews on this website.

      If I could leave a 0 star review I would. This company is horrible. There are constant outages in my complex that last for DAYS at a time. I live in a college housing complex, so internet connection is crucial. There are weeks where the wifi will go out for HOURS every single day!! I have no idea what even causes them; the wifi will just randomly go out and not be fixed until days or even WEEKS later. This is the THIRD TIME my wifi has been out in the past TWO MONTHS. It has been 6 days now without wifi and I still do not know when it will be fixed. The last outage lasted for over a week. Every time I call the customer service line, I just get the same script and told that they have escalated my issue to the tier two team, but I can't even speak to anyone from the tier two team to ask what is going on!! There is absolutely no communication and no one can give me any update on when my wifi might be fixed. My ethernet has been down for MONTHS due to a storm, and they closed my ticket claiming the issue was "fixed," even though I replied back and said it still was not working!! I have been having issues with the wifi ever since I moved here. It is ridiculous that I am paying for this complete and utter TRASH. I have no idea how they are even still in business, every bad review you see is true. I have had more internet issues in the two years I have been using this company than I have had in my entire life.

      Internet is in and out on all the devices. Called and had to respell mail four times. Guy asked me for all my devices addresses and makes and models even though its all of them and the internet and not the devices. Hung up. I should not have to pay for this.

      This company is a ****. After two years of service I can comfortably say youre throwing your money away if youre using this provider. Since February of 2025 I have opened 12 tickets. It is now May Internet goes out at least once a month and remains offline for usually about a week. Their problem solving skills include but arent limited to; blaming property management, accelerating this ticket to our teir two, and keeping you on hold for the line to hang up after ten minutes. At this point technicians, supposedly, have replaced so many parts it should be a brand new system. And yet here we are once again They have no department that handles complaints instead they all just vomit the same script. Paying for a service that is not being provided because youre contractually obligated to. ***. Sounds very scammy to me. If your property has this provider try negotiating to find your own before signing a lease. What this company does is steal. Your time. Your money. Your patience. Just find somewhere else.
