      I ordered from BEDORAFIZZ VIA TIKTOK. Her ******** name is Bedorafizz! I was watching a TIKTOK live and I asked about the rings. Because she kept saying the dollar amount after she read the description of the ring. She told me the ring was worth $240. And it's not only me she told it to. She tells it to anyone who ask. She leaves her videos up via ******** SO ITS PROOF! So I'm intrigued and decided to purchase 3 Original rings on 03/06/2023. She was telling me what I have revealed and told me one of my rings were worth $132, the next was $108 and the last was $112. So I was excited that I had pieces worth that much! So almost 1 week later I received my packaged. One of the stones fell out my ************ realized the rings look so much like costume jewelry. That same day 03/10/2023 I took them to a local jeweler to get them appraised. She told me all of my rings were not worth even $20!! She told me everything was CZ and plated in rhodium. It wasn't worth anything. So obviously I'm upset. ********************* told me those rings were ***** A TOTAL OF $352! SHE LIED! AND FALSLY ADVIRTISED TO GET SALES! Had she told me these are just costume jewelry I would have NEVER PURCHASED. I don't have not ring in my home that has been APPRAISED for anything under $200 dollars. I like QUALITY JEWLERY. I reached out to her via messenger on her business page. I NEVER RECIEVED A MESSAGE BACK. I reached out to bomb party via support ticket. I DONT WANT A REFUND FOR THE DAMAGED RING! They're cheaply made and cheap looking. I WANT THEM TO STOP FALSE ADVERTISING SAYING THEY'RE ***** ALL THAT MONEY. Because it's not. You're deceiving your customers making them think they can get costume jewelry ***** hundreds of dollars. ********************* NEEDES TO BE LET GO FROM THE BUSINESS. SHE IS FALSLY PROMOTING THE ***** OF THESE RINGS. I GOT THESE PROFESSIONALY APPRAISED AND THEY'RE NOT ***** NEARLY THE AMOUNT SHE CLAIMED. DONT BUY FROM ** ITS A MLM SCAM!

We take pride in producing a high quality product at an affordable cost. Our suggested retail price, is what we would sell the items for in a Bomb Party retail store. Retail price vs price of the metals and gemstones will always be different.

We have customers that have collected our product for years and can attest to the quality and value of our items. We will stand by our products and the quality, however we understand your concerns and are happy to discuss this with you further.       I purchased a druzy bracelet from the company on 2/18/23 that was broken upon receipt at my home. Filed a complaint via the company's online ticket system as instructed on 2/20/23 and provided proof of purchase as well as picture of the broken bracelet. As of March 1 2023 have received no response from the company. Product was defective and I would like either a refund or replacement.

      This company sells cheap jewelry with missing stones, broken pieces and misrepresents the products. I have multiple items that arrived broken. I have emailed the representatives and received bounce back emails. I have emailed the companys support email on 3 occasions and received no response. Their customer support number is invalid on their website. I purchased 5-6 luxe collections as their surprise advertising photos showed short layered necklaces (***** inches), and they are actually ***** inches. They intentionally misrepresented their products with false. I sent a demand email demanding refunds for inaccurate products according to Florida statutes. They ignore every replacement, refund email. As shown below they default customers to their independent reps which is totally inappropriate. They claim to send replacements, but they dont respond to emails. At this point, I want a refund of items- i have no problem returning their fake, broken, and misrepresented products. This company is violating statute.

      I ordered a few pieces of jewelry and one pair of earrings, arrived broken. I reached out to the rep and the company multiple times and multiple different ways (email, and direct message). Ive gotten very little response back. The issue still is not resolved.

      I ordered 2 OG rings,a sterling ring and a druzy bracelet from ****** ******** on 12/10/22,live reveal on TikTok (which I have screen recordings of the live reveal). On 12/23/22 I reached out to ******************** to check on tracking for my shipment as I had no received any notifications nor had I received the order. (Screenshots of conversation is available). She apologized and offered a 50$ gift certificate (i had to place an order on her site and use a code,and was charged whipping) and a unicorn ring free for HER error. I received the package 12/27/22, upon opening it was discovered that what was sent was NOT what I had bought and was not what was revealed on the live order (again have a screen recording of the live reveal). I reached out to ******************* to see about either a refund or getting my actual rings that were in my order. The response from ******************* was unprofessional to say the least. Accusation of being a scammer , basically accusing me of stealing 3rings from her (again the 3 rings SHE OFFERED due to her incompetence). I would like either the rings I paid for,an address to return the ones that aren't mine along with the 3 free ones she had given, or a full refund along with an address to send her rings back. My husband and myself were looking into becoming reps for bomb party, but if these are the kinds of reps that are employed thru this company we want zero part of it.

      Bomb Party used an incentive program for independent sales consultants called Gemstone Rewards. Those who qualified were to be notified of results in August. However, more than 3 months beyond this initial date, there have been no updates, no email communications, etc. despite my attempt to reach out on multiple occasions. I have submitted several tickets, and have been told several times that they are "running the final audit" as far back as October. I, and many others, worked diligently and tracked my points, with the expectation of resolution in August of 2022. The lack of any communication or follow through on an earned incentive program from a direct sales company is unacceptable and has duped many out of earned rewards.

      I paid 20 something for 1 ring original collection, on Nov 17th and it was pretty, worth the money spent. I went ahead and purchased another from the sterling set for 30 something plus tax and shipping. That ring looks absolutely cheap and gaudy, not worth it. The prices are made up to make it seem like your getting a deal. They look like gum ball machine rings. A no return policy is an absolute joke and should be stated in all LIVES FROM REPS. I do not care to have the product I want a refund!!! This business is an absolute MLM SCAM and needs to be stopped!

      I have been trying to reach anyone via email or phone and no one responds. I have been trying to return this product for a full refund, I no longer wish to be a consultant. The product is not what it states and there is NO SUPPORT! even my person has not responded to any of my emails. Terrible !! Even this so called Ticket that is created no one contacts you. The phone number is also disconnected. Live support link is also not available

      The seller named *********************** she is a bomb party representative on ******** and her bomb party name is dazzlinring-n-fizzinbling is wanting me to pay $8 for shipping on two items that were gifted to me by someone else.
