I went on ************* Ring Bombs live last night. I placed an order she mentioned my order on her live and then skipped right past me. All because I said with excitement how happy I was to find another ring bomb gal. She said to me on her live in front off all the viewers" we don't do that on other peoples lives". Referring to me saying I usually watch a gal from Omaha and I was happy to have found another rep I had never seen before". She blocked my comments and skipped my order all together. I will never order from her again obviously, and she was so rude and belittled me for an innocent comment. I even apologized in the comments and that's when she blocked me. Super snobby and unprofessional after I just placed a $40 order with a stranger. She shouldn't have any kind of authority to treat people as poorly as she did me.Business response

Our Party Reps are independent contractors and as such are free to run their small businesses in any legal way. However, at corporate if we receive a complaint, we will address this with the rep. To date, this customer has not contacted us. Because she contacted the BBB instead of us directly, we do not have the information necessary from her to take the steps she has requested. Bomb Party denies any and all wrong doing as the complaint is against an independent contractor and this complainant has not contacted us for any resolution.Initial Complaint

Ring Bomb Party is a scam! I was a rep for them for a short time but they had nothing together. But my main concern is that I placed a pre order before I quit and was told I would receive the product I had already paid half of the cost. Now they are telling me I'm not going to receive the product and have to pay them a restocking fee for a product that was never mailed to me. They will be hearing from my lawyer..not everyone is going to let you get by with this. I'm not the only person this has happened to. Please if you are thinking about doing Bomb Party please don't it is a scam! I do have my receipt also.Business response

I purchased two rings on May 27, 2021 and have never received the rings. I have tried to contact the hostess of the party selling them many times. She has said that she couldn't find the order (I have two order numbers) then she said she found it and was mailing it out on July 3, 2021 and would send me the tracking number. I haven't received the product or a tracking number. I have filed a ticket on their website with no answers yet. I just want the rings or my money back. It's been almost two months with no answers.Business response

Bomb party did a promo in May 2021 for every dollar customers spend they get 50 cents product credit. The customer just had to sign up and place their orders between the time frame. I signed up and placed my orders within the time frame and was refused my product credits afterwards. I'm not the only customer who experienced this and I even gave proof of my orders. The company is refusing to comply with their deal promo. I as well as Many other customers spent more money with them just to get the promo deal and I feel I was scammed. I even had my rep contact them as well and they said they did find my account but they won't do anything about it. I'm furious!Business response

One requirement was that you complete the registration which included providing an email address and creating a password. Ms. ********* did not complete this requirement as Bomb Party has no record of it. Ms. ********* did not receive the promotion as she did not meet the requirements. They told my rep that I did sign up properly but they refuse to fix the issue. If I didn't sign up how could I access that account which is where I was able to retrieve my order information. Order information was sent though screen shots that I included. Those screen shots were from my account that I properly signed up for just for the promotion. These screenshots also included the dates from those orders which were between the proper dates for the promotion.Initial Complaint

I purchased 6 items between May 4th & 31st. I was told I would receive 50% of credit due to "back office " issues. I did not receive credit because I did not open a "new" account. Again... a "back office " issue. The company should have a way of checking purchases to verify. If not, I would be glad to send you my credit card statement.Business response

I ordered about 4 rings from this company. They give the option to ship, or pick up. I live 10 mins from the person and chose to pickup. She's not responding to me to pick up my rings she's checking my messages but ignoring me. That's close to $100 worth of items I'm not able to get. I tried to contact the company and they make it impossible. So basically they leave it to the representative to solve the issue or anything in reguards to that. They take your money but then give no opinion to help you with an issue. So now I'm out of around $100 and didn't receive my products with no customer support whatsoever.Business response

I hosted a party ***** **** and it took almost 2 months to get my hostess rewards. When they finally came in, one of the stones had fallen out of the ring before I even got to open the box. I have emailed the business multiple times over the couple months with only a delayed short response one time. I've asked questions since then and have not heard back. I still have not heard back about sending a replacement for the damaged ring.Business response

On May 30, 2021, I purchased $100+ in Ring bomb party orders. The rep was kind and helpful, but when I was supposed to have received my package, it never came. I contacted the USPS, my local PO, my neighbors, I looked everywhere for the package. It never showed up. Yes, it's frustrating as a shipping issue, but due to the fact that it was my second or so time ordering from this company, I not only lost out on the jewelry I purchased, but I am out of the $100+. While my rep was understanding, I received only a coupon for my next order for my troubles.Business response

I ordered a May ring, from a live show from Montana Fizz, the owner of that business is ***** ******** i helped ***** on her live that night got my ring, the ring was fine, but a few days later the ring lost a stone, contacted the company its self and i dont have tracking on that order anymore as i thought all was fine, very disappointed and upset as ive spent many dollars with this company, please help make better, i do have on bank statement when i bought the ring, ive emailed Ring Bomb Party, they have not looked into the matter, thank you, ******* ***** ***********@netzero.***Business response
