    I purchased an above ground storm shelter. I am very pleased with the quality. The installation team arrived a few minutes early and did an excellent job. I had a small problem with a part, but the company quickly sent someone out to repair it. I am very pleased with the service and product provided by this company.

    We ordered a shelter from valley storm shelter on April 7th 2023. we finally got it on August 31/2023. Called on it three times felt like we got a run around. A week before they brought out someone called and wanted to know what was supposed to be in it. we tried to call back even responded to a email and never got a call back. Then when it was delivered all the stuff wasn't in it. The two guys that brought it out was great but said the other stuff would be brought out in a few weeks unless we wanted to come by and pick it up. My husband said why would we do that when it was supposed to be in it. Not sure when we will get the other things brought and installed.******

    Fantastic service! We love our new storm shelter. Very smooth efficient process from purchasing to install. The installers worked with us to find an even better spot in ********** than we originally planned on. So happy with the entire process.

    So happy to have our storm shelter installed!!!It even came a couple of weeks earlier than estimated. **** and his crew did an amazing job thoroughly explaining the installation process and were true professionals from start to finish. They cleaned up the workspace and even used touch-up paint on areas of the shelter that had minor scratches from being openly transported without us even asking them to do so.Our storm shelter is an investment for our safety and something we hope we never need to use...but we have peace of mind knowing we will be safe if we ever need it.Thank you, Valley Storm Shelters!!! We highly recommend you to all!!!

    Im terrified of storms. When I was five, my sister and I were caught outside in a tornado. My sister laid on top of me in a ditch. I can still feel the tornado trying to pull me out from under her. I can still ************** and dirt pelting us. This left me afraid of storms. Not long after getting our storm shelter we had to use our Valley Storm Shelter. I felt so secure inside our shelter. It was worth every bit of the money.Valley Storm Shelter has been very professional and helpful during our process of getting the shelter.Thank you, Valley Storm Shelter
