5 starsValley Sorm Shelter's anchoring system is what sold me on purchasing this shelter.The process from the showroom sales person who answered my repeated questions, customer service to follow-up installation date and the installers (2), we're all 5 star and more.I fully recommend Valley Storm Shelter and am confident that I will be safe if ever I need to occupy it. From the start to visiting the showroom in ************ to the finishing installation we couldnt be more pleased! All our questions and any concerns were answered along the way. Very polite and courteous group of folks to work with that are very knowledgeable in their field! Surprisingly we were moved up the list earlier than expected! Service was amazing, installation was the best, couldnt have asked for a more Professional couple for men! After researching and doing homework on all types of shelters we felt this was the best value!

I purchased a 4x6' storm shelter. The quality is excellent. Very solid construction. I like the fact it has a floor. Many other shelters just use the slab as the floor. The door alignment is excellent, so no issues securing the door. Although the latches are very large and probably heavy, they slide easily. The install went smoothly. The installers showed up on time. They did a great job and we're very friendly. I would definately recommend them if you're looking for a storm shelter.Valley Storm Shelters, LLC

My wife and I have been talking about buying a storm shelter for the last year or so. We live in central ******** and have made several trips to look at different shelters. We have also watched more videos on tornadoes and shelters than I ever thought possible. Once we found Valley Storm Shelters videos, it made up our minds by the end of the first video we watched. That video was titled, The Valley Storm Shelter Difference. It explains why the core anchor system along with 7 inch x 3/4-inch anchors were far superior to anything else on the market. The footage speaks for itself. April and May here in central ******** had record numbers of tornado watches and warnings. I have to say I felt very helpless even being in a half basement where sheet rock was the only thing between my family and possible death. It was during this time we found Valley Storm Shelters and called them immediately to start our order. We ordered a 5 x 8 shelter with a bench. ****** and his crew answered every question we had and explained the process so well and quickly that it all made sense. We live outside of the delivery and installation area for Valley Storm Shelters. That is okay because the installation is not nearly as hard as it might sound. We bought the shelter June 3,2024 and it was ready to be picked up July 9th.I cannot tell you how much better we all feel about having it here. So now instead of feeling helpless when a warning is issued, I can now have somewhere to go with confidence that our family can survive a tornado. Everyone at Valley storm shelters was very nice and professional. They were very helpful and made the entire process very smooth.Valley Storm Shelters, LLC

5 starsFrom my first visit to their store in **********, until waving goodbye to the two individuals who installed a safe room/tornado shelter in my garage, I was impressed and pleased - by their friendliness, courtesy, professionalism and expertise. The people, products and services of Valley Storm Shelters are without peer, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Had I known of them sooner, I would have saved myself some anxiety and started the project the day I moved into my home.Have no fear here. These people know what they are doing, and they are among the most honest and technically knowledgeable businesses I have ever worked with in my 70+ years.
