An overpayment in the amount of $722.38 was processed after the loan amount was paid in full. I've been told multiple times by multiple "supervisors" (****** and *******) that I'd receive a call back. I received no call back. I've been told multiple times they can see the overpayment but was told by ******* he has no idea what to do about it. After continuing to call back to follow up, I get placed on hold then hung up on.

After I took out a loan with this company, II didnt realize what it was. I saw that my interest rate was 10x the legal limit for my state! Over 400% interest and I had barely covered any of my principal. I would not have signed if I was aware of the interest rate. Come to found out that this business is operating with illegal interest rates. I refuse to pay anymore towards interest due to the legality of this loan. Ive already paid off when I borrowed.

I am writing to you in regards to a concern. The company Birch Lending, processed a loan without my permission. I did not accept the loan. From my discovery the loan was done on 5/15/23. I have since informed the company of the concern. The company is to remove their funds and close their account immediately.

March 13th 2023 I became injured and needed a small (500) dollar loan to make it to my next pay check.Upon searching for one online I came to "Birchlending.com"The company expects ****** percent interest on a 500 dollar installment loan. Not only is that predatory and financially impossible, I'm expected to pay weekly. 65 dollars and change until March of next year. The company is currently listed by ****** as predatory. Company also paid advertisement as a "easy efficient way to cover emergency costs." Which Is what I needed. I never saw ****** percent interest anywhere until AFTER signing and viewing my agreement I had to download separately. ****** states "they send fake pre-approved loan documents to consumers with bad credit only"Not only does this feel unfair and details were carefully hidden, this will ruin my credit I have been repairing and building going on over a year now.I want a fair repayment agreement. They refuse to lend to anyone in their own state. I wonder why.
