  I am very pleased with the services provided by Cummings personnel.Cummings people replaced my two 20 year old heat pump hvac units and an 11 year old water heater. My initial contact was the service technician. He spent significant time on site and subsequent phone calls to explain the range of equipment options and cost estimates My old equipment had several poorly planned implementations.The new equipment required modifications to my ac service closets, including plywood flooring, sheet metal ducting, and rerouting of old refrigerant lines, old water heater plumbing.Over the period of a week, Cummings dispatched several installation people for my two hvacs and water heater. Subsequently these people returned to listen to what I perceived as lingering issues needing attention, what I liked and didnt like. They investigated the problems and provided extra time to rework and resolve my concerns. The installation crews supervisor himself personally spent time on site, committed to providing customer satisfaction.I expect to continue relying on Cummings for annual maintenance services and warranty coverage.

  Jonathan, AC technician in Tucson  is the reason I will only call Cummings for ac service. Less then 30 days after having the ac motor replaced it started having problems. Jonathan arrived at the house about 20 min after I callled. He went straight to work and immediately was able to identify the problem. He answered any questions I had and explained what I didn't understand. His knowledge, skills, and customer service gives cummings  a good name and a customer for life. I hope Cummings  realizes what an asset you are and appreciate you as much as I do. Thank you for the amazing job you do. Ky on REMOVEDave.

  Ive had two experiences with Cummings Plumbing. One on 2024 and another on Sept 29. Both were excellent. General Manager REMOVED, REMOVEDand REMOVEDamong others were exceptional and did great work. For plumbing needs, this company gets my highest recommendation. They aren't the cheapest option, but when they do the work you know it's done correctly, and it gives me great peace of mind. Mikes an outstanding general manager. And his energy and professionalism are visible in his employees and their quality work. The first job I hired them for involved replumbing my house. They did the work quickly and faster than I could have expected. And that was two years ago. They also went above and beyond for me. Today REMOVEDcame by for a small, unrelated plumbing issue of mine that's now resolved. He was super professional, friendly, called me before and after his visit and was able to come by within 24 hours of my call. Absolutely great service. Thank you.

  Nearly six months ago, I had Cummings come out to recaulk our shower. It ended up taking four attempts with three different crews. I finally signed off on the last visit simply because I was exhausted by the process and realized they just werent going to get it right. To be fair, they are excellent with HVAC and plumbing, and they did correctly identify the source of the leak. But they rely on plumbers for tile-related work, and the lack of experience really shows. The application is inconsistent. Two men working in a small shower applied the caulk differently, so the thickness varies noticeably especially in the area where one of them admitted he ran out of caulk. There are visible gaps in the coverage, which makes me worry about future leaks. At this point, I need to bring in a professional tile specialist and have the entire area properly regrouted.

  REMOVEDarrives early, listen to my compliant and know immediate what the problem was. Totaled the cost of parts need. It was cheaper compared to other toilet that had similar problem three years ago. Well done.

  needed an estimate to re-pipe natural gas line on roof damaged by windstorm. Called in AM and tech showed in early afternoon. Very knowledgeable of process, explained process clearly and quickly produced estimate that was considerably lower than competitor.
