  They installed a mini split in my living room, it has constantly made noise and the heater didnt work for two years because they refused to change out the electrical panel. When they finally did, it worked, but they never fixed the noise. Now I have to replace it because I cant read in the living room. They should be ashamed of themselves for not standing up to their warranty. Theyre definitely not going for repeat business, they dont care. They used to be the best but theyre not anymore. There are other companies out there that actually stand up to their warranties and treat you better.

  We appreciate working together over the years on multiple projects at your home. We would greatly appreciate a return call to discuss the warranty issue one on the mini-split systems we installed. As you know we replaced the system in the bedroom that was under warranty. Unfortunately, the Living room system was dismantled by another company which voids the warranty as is standard practice in the **** business across the **... Again, give us a call to discuss this matter to a greater extent. We pride ourselves with working together with our customers to solve issues that may arise.   From the initial call for a significant water leak that emanated from the hot water heater line in the center of the house in the cement slab on a Saturday to completion of the repair on Monday we are so glad we called Cummings Plumbing.***** and Axle did due diligence to find the leak under the slab mucking out mad with their hands to avoid disruption to the tile floors.*****, the Project leader was amazing in that he came up with a repair that saved the insurance company thousands by rerouting the line up through the attic space which avoided replacing tile throughout half of the house because it could not be matched. In addition we would have had to move out of the house for God only knows how long.When they left we had water and it was like they were never ******** *****, **** and his crew went above and beyond without raising the original estimate..THANK YOU!

  Had a big water flood in my home. They sent out ******* and he fixed everything. He installed a water shut off valve that I can control with my phone. I can turn the water off if I have a leak or issue. Its fantastic. ******* was extremely knowledgeable and I was ver pleased with the service. Fair prices, same day service.

  I very seldom recommend ANYTHING to anybody, (movies, restarants, potetial mates, you get the idea). A 5 is the highrest recommendation I have ever given this high of a mark to anyone on line. Naturally, if asked specifically about them, I would give a good review. I lef D&H because they always tried to "upsell" me. Not Cummings. In fact the owner (Jake?) actually came out himself to give me a bid!

  I had water heater replaced on a Saturday. All though it was a little pricey, I could not go without hot water all weekend. ******* who came out was very professional and courteous. Explained everything. Paid for services and after a thought I decided to call about possibly getting a veteran discount. I was told in order to get discount we needed to have a membership. What a ripoff. I have used Cummings plumbing before. But from now on I will make other phone calls

  This started on Sunday Jan 26th. I noticed that I was not getting enough hot water during a shower. I looked at the water heater and saw the pan was almost full of water. I called Al C and was told they could be out the next day, Monday. I called Monday to confirm and was told they could not be out until Thursday. I called Cummings (Sunday) and was told a *** was in the neighborhood and could be by in about an hour. **** showed up and he showed my how rusted the water heater was. He gave me estimates for 6 or 8 year warranty for a name brand I recognized. He ordered the heater and came out the next day Monday and ***laced the heater and all the accessories. (He told me it was his day off but that I needed the ***lacement.)Very happy with the professional work, the cost, and ***lacing in a quick time. I would recommend Cummings.

  We've trusted Cummings Plumbing for years because of their excellent knowledge and performance of our plumbing problems no matter what's the issue. Also, they are diplomatic in educating their customers on proper maintenance thus reducing the need for frequent visits.Plumber, ***** R, was recently here for the routine maintenance check of our water filters. He was professional, knowledgeable about our equipment and explained in simple terms the need to replace worn out seals that caused a leak. He quickly repaired the problem. When ***** R, as with your other staff members, finish up and leave we're left with a sense of relief that all is well.

  Chris was great, He explained the problems so I was able to understand what needed to be done.
  He explained my options for new toilets and the repair options. He had someone deliver the toilet and parts needed from Tucson to Green Valley. He carefully repaired and installed the pipes and new toilet.He cleaned up without leaving a mess. It was a great experience.
