5 starsI was extremely pleased with Erie Roofing! Everything was explained to me in detail and thats exactly what happened. The supplies arrived when I was told they would and the roofers went to work immediately in 101 temperatures. Everyone I encountered was pleasant, professional, and truthful. There was a lead person on site for the entire install. The roof is beautiful and professionally done. I would recommend REMOVEDroofing to anyone.

1 starI over paid for an average roof, predatory sales tactics. I feel violated. This company doesn't sell roofs, they are not a roofing company. They sell lies and are scammers and they prey on unsuspecting people. They use high pressure sales tactics to wear you down. I just wanted a simple quote. The entire consult took 5 hrs and it's nothing but manipulation. It was 9pm at night, dinner was never made, the kids were not in bed and two strangers were in my home and would not leave! This feeling of disgust and embarrassment. A leaky old roof was less stressful then this nightmare. The sales were wolves in sheep's clothing. How can another human can sit at a dining room table with a family and knowingly lie to them is beyond me. I wish that at any point during the interrogation they had some humanity and told me the truth of what my roof should have cost. Companies like Erie home need to be held financially responsible for their deceitfully sales tactics and held accountable. The shingle is not a proprietary design like the sales pitch says, but just a standard mid tier product, REMOVED, which can be bought at REMOVED. I also specifically asked if they hire out contractors or do their own roofing installs in house. The salesman said they "DO NOT HIRE CONTRACTORS!" That was a lie. I have vent issues and have spoken with the install manager, multiple times on the phone, he claims he's busy, but the company wasn't too busy to take my money.. I now have a loan from some random bank for $REMOVED($REMOVEDdown) at 24%. If something were to happen and i lose my job or fall into financial difficulties, this will financially ruin me! Those that have written 5 star reviews, are either bots, fake accounts or just haven't realized they were taken advantage of and lied to. Avoid this company, don't even set up an appointment. If your reading this good on you for doing your homework and saving yourself the hassle and financial scam you are avoiding.Erie Home

5 starsTimely, professional, thorough, quality are words to describe my experience with Erie. The two sales reps, REMOVEDand REMOVED, did a very job of presenting the materials available. REMOVEDalso did an excellent job of inspecting the attic space for problems which were rectified with the installation of the new roof. Installation and clean-up went smoothly. 5 starsJob done well. The Leadman kept me informed about what was going on. The only thing that was a little bit of a drawback was that a few of the men were still putting shingles on at 8:30 one evening but me not knowing for sure if it was necessary or not I was okay with it as I chalked it up to men looking out for their families well being.Erie Home
