5 starsFrom the sales visit to the finished install, the whole process was very comfortable and open. They answered all my questions. They explained the Erie products and process. They took me into my attic and showed me issues I was oblivious to and just how necessary a new roof actually was!The installers were impressively considerate of my property. They laid tarps completely around the perimeter and there were crew on the ground constantly picking up the tear-off debris. I was welcomed onto my roof while they were in different stages and shown details and took photos of the process for my "photo story".Overall, ERIE ROOFING gets 10 ??.Erie Home

5 starsREMOVEDdid a great job with our roof. They tore off old roof repaired some damaged wood and finished off with a nice green shingled roof They did a great job picking up everything. Dumpster was in the driveway before they started and picked up right after they finished. I would highly recommended REMOVED.Erie Home

5 starsThe company is great everyone was very friendly and the estimators that came out explained everything that needed to be fixed and didnt try to do the typical sales pitch to just try to get a sale on a new roof. The installation was quick and was done very professionally.Erie Home

1 starIn March of 2025,we entered a contract with Erie basement system, installation was never completed, and they had given us a list of things that they felt needed attention, but installed anyway, without allowing us to fix the things that needed attention. April of 2025 we had an insane amount of rain, and our basement flooded. We lost water heater, Furnace and family keepsakes, that can't be replaced. Erie has never taken responsibility for their part in it. We've had them out numerous times since then, and each time they promised to get a work order to complete the job. The encapsulation doesn't wrap the whole basement, and we were told it was because of our furnace, however "REMOVED" came out REMOVED and started, "I can't believe they left this uncompleted" "I'm going to put a work order in, and get this taken care of" the pump works, but it just pumps out the water that runs in the basement. This is a $REMOVEDfinancial burden for us, and it's still not complete.Erie Home
