5 starsIt is like having a colonoscopy - a necessary discomfort with an important benefit.
Our insurance provider was increasing our premium unless we replaced our roof. (Last replacement 2009 - asbestos shingles) During the quote workup some beginning damage areas were found which were not obvious so that was a good thing. The total cost was about $40 k for a 23 square hip roof. That was a bad thing. After the presentation and some private discussion, we decided to accept the quote.
The execution of the job went well - total duration 2 days (with a 2 hour shower delay). The crew seemed efficient and careful about debris handling. Since the project took place right after Memorial Day weekend ?, there were hiccups with the rolloff delivery and pickup.
Overall a satisfying experience with a good outcome.Erie Home

4 starsCertainly expensive but should be worth it for the 50 year warranty. The team doing the work was respectful, hard working, and efficient. The sales side was pushy though. No reason to rush the sale process for such a large investment. That’s my only issue.Erie Home

1 starErie Homes was at my house for a bid. I could not get them to leave my house. Every time I told them no they would come up with some excuse and would not leave. There prices are outrageous. Other roofing companys who have been open for 10 years with over 4 star reviews quoted me cheaper with better quality roofing. They also lied to me about how much better they are than others and spoke poorly of local contractors. They are just in it to take your money and rip you off. Anyone who knows anything about roofing will see this is a rip off.Erie Home
