  Work was done professionally and quickly. An unexpected rain shower popped up and they quickly covered the roof to protect the house. The material is very high quality.

  Had our roof done late last year and have had a person out 3 different times to address leaks and poorly installed flashing. This past time, we called because our roof is leaking inside our home. They told us "it's not their problem" umm excuse me?! We've never had any issues with leaks or anything until the roof was done. And someone came out to address the current leak and claimed it's the chimney. ?? BUT never in the 6+ years living here had we had any water damage or leaks! Having people in our home with health issues and asthma, mold is a man concern! Sent videos and photos of the damage and was called a liar. Absolutely horrible customer service!! Would not recommend to anyone! Refusing to come out and fix their mistakes and does not care what so ever about asthma and health problems

  The inspector and presenter was knowledgeable and clear. The materials were top notch. The labor crew was timely and worked together well. The prep and clean up was thorough. The crew made sure I was happy with the progress. From what I could tell, the repairs and re-roofing is excellent. I can tell a significant improvement in the attic temps and venting. The lack of a five star rating is the result of the high price, and lack of English speaker when signing completion documents.

  The process has been handled professionally from start to finish. Every contact along the way has fully explained their part of the process and I always knew who to call and that their response would be swift. The coordination of each step was smooth and the roofers were thorough, efficient and our area was cleaned up completely at the end of each day. I would recommend Erie Home to anyone needing a new roof.
