Received a call from a "NO CALLER ID" left a message stating that they were from the state investigation office and i needed to call the phone number provided. (I have fallen for this 3 times with this "Company" and given them money 3 times now. But I will no longer. They threaten stating they are taking legal action and do not give the company name until you call back. They then tell me that I owe so much money however they will not send a copy of any information about the debt or collection information. They state if I do not pay today they will send me to court and they will also be garnishing my wages. They have my address and also my ssn. they give me a case number to the debt they are looking to collect but again will not give a copy of the debt stating once it gets to this office they do not have to show proof until the debt is collected.

I didnt even finish full amount of information on there site and they started to try and pull small dollar amounts on my debit card without authorization. It started with $10.00dollars to $.50cents. I went back to site and emailed there support team and was very polite asking to resolve issue or i would report them not only to BBB but also black list them from military members. The website purports to be going out of business due to an elderly artisan at the end of her career and before her retirement she is selling ONE OF A KIND HAND MADE jewelry which is her life's passion. This is a farce and nothing can be further from the truth, as the jewelry is junk made in Korea. Upon making the purchase on July 25, 2025 @11:05 am, I knew I was had. I immediately contacted my credit card company, cancelled my card and informed them of the transaction (THANK GOD FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS) in addition within 5 minutes of my purchase I sent an email to the email listed on their website that I wanted to cancel my order. The games had already begun, I was sent an email approximately 15 minutes after my purchase that half of my order shipped. My next notification from the company, (oh yes I was emailing them relentless during this time) was that my order would arrive on August 6, 2025. On August 8th, I received a bogus tracking email indicating my package was delayed at the international airport, due to an issue with the shipping carrier and I should expect to receive it within 5 business days. Attempts to contact the company via emails during this time was futile, I received no written reply, until this point communication was strictly notifications in their part. On August 12th, I received a written response indicating the delay was beyond their control and I was reassured my package would be delivered within 5-10 business days. In response I sent another email informing them I was going to do what I'm doing right now and that is report them to the BBB and inform the public of the scam artist they are. Well suffice to say the very next day August 13, 2025, I received a package from an address listed in Jamaica NY 182-30 150th Road Jamaica NY. with what appeared to be 99cent store junk the packaging label clearly displays made in Korea. NOTHING NEAR WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE, and definitely not ONE OF A KIND HAND MADE JEWELRY. Upon receipt of the package I immediately followed the instructions on their website that states "do not send items back without contacting us first-they will not be accepted". I emailed [email protected] to begin the return process to no avail. I have not received any response as of today August 15, 2025, while attempting to email again for a return receipt I am now receiving an error message on their website which reads 404 page not found the page you were looking for does not exist. In summary beware this company is a scam, the jewelry is fake and not one of a kind, This is NOT an an elderly artisan retiring it is thieves attempting to retire off of the monies stolen from hard working people. What they aren’t telling you that the images used in these ads are intellectual property of another legitimate small business which formerly went under the name of “StrikeZone”. I actually had a conversation with the owner of StrikeZone and he said their product photos are oftenly stolen and used to promote scams. I did receive an item in the mail, surprisingly. But the quality of the received item was no where near the quality shown on the website. Cheap stitching, practically see through fabric, and inadequate patterning with the plaid.

This company pretended to be the Nadula Hair company and even send out fake confirmation emails with the Nadula Hair company logo on it but the contact information doesn't match. When you request a refund because of the fraudulent products they send you they only want to give you a small percentage of your money back and have you keep the product. No longer wanting the product or services. I clicked back and closed the window to the homepage. There after I emailed there support team to contact them and cancel anything else. Soon after that they charged my debit card $52.93. I contacted the support team and the first email said that they would cancle my plan and to let them know when the product arrived and they would send the return label. The product never showed up. I'm on day 5 of the 10 business days they said my return would show up. Friday August 8th charged my debit card $49.99. My bank is disputing the charges.

I soon received a notification stating that I could track my shipment but the link wanted me to download a shipping company app that I would have to pay for. I didn’t do that. It has been 80 days and I have not received any product.

I saw the J.Jill Surplus Outlet online. The site looked legitimate, but obviously it wasn't. I placeed an order for 79.25 for several items. I never received my items, and also they will not respond to emails. There is not a phone number and the email is obviously a fake also.

The scammer has been calling me for the last 5+ months and never from the same number. They have left messages to return their call at a few different numbersThey call M-F and every other Saturday. They leave messages that says something about a finalizing a loan. At one point they kept saying up to $45,000 that I was approved for. They never ask for me by name and never give their company information. They say press 2 to talk to me and press 9 to opt out of future calls. They use AI voice recordings. It’s not a real persons voice. I used a voice analyzer to verify. The last few calls don’t give an approval amount but still says they are finalizing loan and need income verification and other documentation. These calls have harassed me for the last 5+ months . Side note: I bought a new phone in NewYork at my carrier store AT&T a month or two before the harassment from the scammers started. A lot of the phone numbers they use to call are from NY or NJ. Question: how many phone numbers do they have access to to be able to call 6 days a week 2-4 times a day for 6+ months and never from the same number? Here are a few of the numbers they request a call back too: 833-727-9960 855-768-9669 888-919-5284 844-487-3574 855-535-1146 My thoughts are that this could be from AT&T data breach or AT&T employees. I call and complain and they don’t help nor do they care. This has caused a lot of havoc on my personal life to the point I can’t even answer my phone.
