Received a call from a "NO CALLER ID" left a message stating that they were from the state investigation office and i needed to call the phone number provided. (I have fallen for this 3 times with this "Company" and given them money 3 times now. But I will no longer. They threaten stating they are taking legal action and do not give the company name until you call back. They then tell me that I owe so much money however they will not send a copy of any information about the debt or collection information. They state if I do not pay today they will send me to court and they will also be garnishing my wages. They have my address and also my ssn. they give me a case number to the debt they are looking to collect but again will not give a copy of the debt stating once it gets to this office they do not have to show proof until the debt is collected.

I went back to site and emailed there support team and was very polite asking to resolve issue or i would report them not only to BBB but also black list them from military members. The website purports to be going out of business due to an elderly artisan at the end of her career and before her retirement she is selling ONE OF A KIND HAND MADE jewelry which is her life's passion. This is a farce and nothing can be further from the truth, as the jewelry is junk made in Korea. Upon making the purchase on July 25, 2025 @11:05 am, I knew I was had. I immediately contacted my credit card company, cancelled my card and informed them of the transaction (THANK GOD FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS) in addition within 5 minutes of my purchase I sent an email to the email listed on their website that I wanted to cancel my order. The games had already begun, I was sent an email approximately 15 minutes after my purchase that half of my order shipped. My next notification from the company, (oh yes I was emailing them relentless during this time) was that my order would arrive on August 6, 2025. On August 8th, I received a bogus tracking email indicating my package was delayed at the international airport, due to an issue with the shipping carrier and I should expect to receive it within 5 business days. Attempts to contact the company via emails during this time was futile, I received no written reply, until this point communication was strictly notifications in their part. On August 12th, I received a written response indicating the delay was beyond their control and I was reassured my package would be delivered within 5-10 business days. In response I sent another email informing them I was going to do what I'm doing right now and that is report them to the BBB and inform the public of the scam artist they are. Well suffice to say the very next day August 13, 2025, I received a package from an address listed in Jamaica NY 182-30 150th Road Jamaica NY. with what appeared to be 99cent store junk the packaging label clearly displays made in Korea. NOTHING NEAR WHAT IS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE, and definitely not ONE OF A KIND HAND MADE JEWELRY. Upon receipt of the package I immediately followed the instructions on their website that states "do not send items back without contacting us first-they will not be accepted". I emailed [email protected] to begin the return process to no avail. I have not received any response as of today August 15, 2025, while attempting to email again for a return receipt I am now receiving an error message on their website which reads 404 page not found the page you were looking for does not exist. In summary beware this company is a scam, the jewelry is fake and not one of a kind, This is NOT an an elderly artisan retiring it is thieves attempting to retire off of the monies stolen from hard working people. What they aren’t telling you that the images used in these ads are intellectual property of another legitimate small business which formerly went under the name of “StrikeZone”. I actually had a conversation with the owner of StrikeZone and he said their product photos are oftenly stolen and used to promote scams. I did receive an item in the mail, surprisingly. I received an email that Kinsa Healths was interested in my application and they offered a MS Teams chat. I chatted with the first recruiter name Valerie Munzo, then she stated that I had met all the criteria to move up and chat with the hiring manager, Clarence Bibbs. After chatting with Clarence, he congratulate me on the position and emailed me several documents such as I9, W4, Application form, and a form to sign for Funds Management Agreement. I had completed the forms and emailed to the given email address at [email protected]. Clarence then proceeded to tell me that they will send me a check to purchase my equipments. The following day, he proceeded to tell me the same thing again that a check will be mail to me to purchase the equipments. I started feeling suspicious so I started questioning Clarence. He never responded back to me after I started questioning him.

Showed on caller ID as "Scam Likely" and left a voicemail (Indian accent) stating he was calling about a "legal complaint" about me. He used my actual name, referenced a file number, and told me to call 888-635-3233 "immediately." My husband enjoys angering scammers, so he called the 888 number & the person answered as "Lincoln & Associates" - with an American accent - and said they couldn't talk about my case with anyone unless I confirmed my name and my social security number. MASSIVE SCAM, please don't fall for it - ignore it or call them back & tell them to eff off, as my husband did. :)
