The company posted tractors and farm equipment on line. I am interested in purchasing a tractor. I made a web inquiry of interest and called the number .a gentleman called me back and said the tractor was still for sale and would email me directions and specific details about how the sale would work and they never did …. I call the number and emailed and the number was no longer available to call. Luckily i didnt make the 3 hour trip to Connecticut for a scamm

Scammer “Jay” lists a very cheap Kubota tractor online @Facebook Marketplace, uses a legitimate tractor/ag business address that he has no affiliation with. He gives a legitimate tractor serial number that, when calling a legitimate Kubota dealer says is not stolen. States oddly you must call when you are @your bank for wire transfer information and won’t give you the account information “because you only have 2 hours to wire the funds after you get the wire transfer information”. If you read his email closely , it’s misspelled ([email protected], but close to a legitimate email. If it was a legitimate business, why does it always go through a call screening, he is the only person who answers the phone & never states the name of the business when answering service picks up. He uses a fake Amish accent. Tries to gain sympathy when he doesn’t answer the phone by saying he had walking pneumonia & his mechanic is too scared to answer the business phone number. I looked up & phoned the business @the address listed on the scam tractor advertised website. The very nice owner said yes it’s a scam using his legitimate business address. Lots of people getting scammed out of money. Started about 6 weeks ago. Scammer uses lots of legitimate business addresses to boost his scam.

There is a legitimate business at this address, but the website is not theirs and is a scam. I looked on Apple Maps and the "real" business name is Woodbury Tractor Co. I called them and the gentleman I spoke with said yes someone has a website and is scamming!

Was supposed to be purchasing a tractor from Case IH dealer. Have a sales contract, did wire transfer , Had a expected Del date. When trying to confirm the del could not get ahold of person or number that I had . Called Case IH North America support and was told that it was a scam becuse int email address the Woodbury had 2 r,s in it and the were aware of the scam but there was nothing that they could do.

Scammer listed an industrial tractor for sale on Facebook Marketplace. The tractor was in exceptional condition by the pictures and was well below the expected marketplace price. A sales agreement and a payment invoice was created and payment was requested. The payment was to go to a different business name. When checking the business address online, the online search gave a different business name and phone number. When I called that number, the real business owner told me this was an online scam and he had gotten other calls.

My parents found this site through searches online to purchase a tractor. It's a few states away so they considered purchasing it without seeing it. They were told they could have it delivered for a couple hundred extra bucks in a week or two, but that they had to pay for it up front. My parents took money from their savings and borrowed from my grandfather, my brother, and myself and we're going to pay for the tractor today but my mom noticed some red flags did a little more digging and discovered it was a scam. was contacted by company after I filled out a form requesting to buy a tractor . gave instructions for wiring deposit and then set up delivery . never showed up and now the phone numbers don't work

Researching tractor for sale. Found the website and called the salesperson and arranged purchase. Unit did not arrive and found out there is a real company and that this was a scam and the tractor is actually not avaliable. The owner said he was aware of the scam and has been actively trying to stop it. Apparently most are from facebook and mine was online search

The scammer is posting ads on Facebook Marketplace to lure potential buyers to his website, www.caseihagriculturewoodburrycom. He is using my business address on his website, and details from my company, basically impersonating us. We have been recieving 30-40calls a day , people have been driving here from far away. I'm confident that there have been people sending him money as well.
