I was directed to a website (https://pmjtw-716.com) where I was asked to complete tasks and submit deposits under the false pretense of a job. This platform is not affiliated with the real Temu.com and is part of a well-documented scam. I deposited funds and later realized this was fraudulent.

This was an online purchase for a wig. There was a video advertisement. It took my method of payment online. They received my payment and sent the wig out to me. It took 2 weeks. I received it in a plastic bag from a delivery company, (Uniuni), with the delivery company as the return address, not the seller! I called UniUni and they said they don't give out the sender's information. All I have if [email protected], which comes back as Mailer- Daemon Undeliverable address. The site says, 30 days to return policy. Just contact them for the address and fill out the questionnaire. Neither is available. The site on the web is dynamts.com. Also, Mailer-Daemon.

They pose to give you a job fulfilling orders and they contacted me via WhatsApp. They promise to send the earning via crypto currency. However they start asking for money in order to complete the tasks and claim you can get it back by the bonus and commission. They deceive people by posing as legitimate business but they are not really working for Temu.

Family member tried to buy something on Temu.com and popups kept coming up offering other services that somehow charged her hundreds of dollars. The charges are for multiple "businesses" called 8335493264SEWINGSPARKH, 8336601675leaflopper.c, 8334482716NATURENESTGA, and 8555105821HandyHardwar - We can't figure out what these companies are supposed to be and no services or good were sent to her. It is also possible that the Temu site was not real because the charges are to Temu but no confirmation email was sent and nothing was received. This person uses a debit card that has fraud controls on it called TrueLink. We have blocked all four of these sites plus Temu and tightened up her card. Two of them - 8335493264SEWINGSPARKH, 8336601675leaflopper.c - have tried to make a second, larger charge but were blocked.

Ordered an on Temu.com. Was told to contact PayPal to receive my refund. Googled the number and called the number on google. Told him I needed to get a refund and he said he could help me. He had me download an app Quickservice app. He got onto my phone remotely and was able to access and send money from my bank account. He sent himself $3500 and wired transferred it to the Bank of Texas. 

This is the worst customer service you would ever get. Guys, Please do not order anything from Temu.com. I have personally lost 200 CAD from them. Background story - So I have placed a really good attractive leather car cover seat for my vehicle which was supposed to be delivered yesterday but to my surprise inside the package is some thick furr pant which looks like a winter wear or something. I have raised complaint to return as I got wrong item instead of car seat cover. But they are saying they delivered correct item and Im not able to return this item to them. Spoke with multiple support agents but no one is really helpful. All they say refund denied or return can not be done and keeps saying correct item was delivered...? Im shocked and devastated by this incident. Totally lost my hard earned money and peace of mind. So guys please do yourself a favor by not ordering anything from Temu, they would just send you some fake/cheap products and it is never the same item you ordered. They just scam everyone. When I called the person on the phone stated they deal with a variety of companies and they are just a shell company for these entities and they sound foreign, thought I was ordering something from a different company I normally deal with and they are using TEMU for the Scam

Offered a Product said it was out of stock and then tried to sell it to me for more

They claim to giving away free gift you just have to invite people and I do that but then it goes in half and all I want is my gifts that they said they’d give me as long as I invite a friend

I ordered from Temu several times but they tried charging my credit card. It showed 2 transactions of $0.00 that was denied. Now my bank account says it was a Fraud.
