This was an online purchase for a wig. There was a video advertisement. It took my method of payment online. They received my payment and sent the wig out to me. It took 2 weeks. I received it in a plastic bag from a delivery company, (Uniuni), with the delivery company as the return address, not the seller! I called UniUni and they said they don't give out the sender's information. All I have if [email protected], which comes back as Mailer- Daemon Undeliverable address. The site says, 30 days to return policy. Just contact them for the address and fill out the questionnaire. Neither is available. The site on the web is dynamts.com. Also, Mailer-Daemon.

They pose to give you a job fulfilling orders and they contacted me via WhatsApp. They promise to send the earning via crypto currency. However they start asking for money in order to complete the tasks and claim you can get it back by the bonus and commission. They deceive people by posing as legitimate business but they are not really working for Temu.

Family member tried to buy something on Temu.com and popups kept coming up offering other services that somehow charged her hundreds of dollars. The charges are for multiple "businesses" called 8335493264SEWINGSPARKH, 8336601675leaflopper.c, 8334482716NATURENESTGA, and 8555105821HandyHardwar - We can't figure out what these companies are supposed to be and no services or good were sent to her. It is also possible that the Temu site was not real because the charges are to Temu but no confirmation email was sent and nothing was received. This person uses a debit card that has fraud controls on it called TrueLink. We have blocked all four of these sites plus Temu and tightened up her card. Two of them - 8335493264SEWINGSPARKH, 8336601675leaflopper.c - have tried to make a second, larger charge but were blocked.

Phishing - PayPal Fraud

Ordered an on Temu.com. Was told to contact PayPal to receive my refund. Googled the number and called the number on google. Told him I needed to get a refund and he said he could help me. He had me download an app Quickservice app. He got onto my phone remotely and was able to access and send money from my bank account. He sent himself $3500 and wired transferred it to the Bank of Texas.

This is the worst customer service you would ever get. Guys, Please do not order anything from Temu.com. I have personally lost 200 CAD from them. Background story - So I have placed a really good attractive leather car cover seat for my vehicle which was supposed to be delivered yesterday but to my surprise inside the package is some thick furr pant which looks like a winter wear or something. I have raised complaint to return as I got wrong item instead of car seat cover. But they are saying they delivered correct item and Im not able to return this item to them. Spoke with multiple support agents but no one is really helpful. All they say refund denied or return can not be done and keeps saying correct item was delivered...? Im shocked and devastated by this incident. Totally lost my hard earned money and peace of mind. So guys please do yourself a favor by not ordering anything from Temu, they would just send you some fake/cheap products and it is never the same item you ordered. They just scam everyone. I found this website through Instagram ads, popped up one morning, everything more than 1/2 off, and FREE Shipping. Okay, I took the bait, place the order, not being aware it was shipping from DHL. I ordered it in April as I needed it for Mothers Day and a sissy trip in June. Well they said the first order was shipped and "received", umm, nope, never received it. I asked about it and they said they'd ship it again in 25 days as they had to wait for a back order. Okay, and then the saga started. I can't get my product, and they won't refund the full money paid. They said that they had to pay the shipping carrier $15.00 so they could refund less that amount? Again, I stated either product or full refund. I told them I was coming here, now their latest e-mail is they will give me 50%, which is essentially what they've offered before. So now I'm here. I've attached the PDF document. This is a SCAM and Fradulant company

Please see attached document for full details, but I'm not sure it uploaded with the PDF. In short I found web-site Instagram, I thought I was ordering from USA, order the items, as there was free shipping over $30.00, Ordered it is April, waited alllotted time, tracked it, and it didn't ever arrive. I reached out to the "company" they advised they would reship the order but had to wait 25 days, okay. Did that. Now they are saying it was shipped, never left their warehouse that I can tell. I requested full refund, they tell me I can only get half because they needed $15.00 to pay their shipper. So clearly they know how to scam people, wait the alotted 60 days past then you can't dispute the charges. So I'm filing this complaint, no money, no items.

I ordered through Temu.com and paid with my debit card issued by USBank on Feb 3rd, 2023. Today when I'm checking the statement, there is another spending of $303.57 that I can't recall. I live in California and the spending detail says "HTTPSPERCENTS WA US". I didn't travel to Washington State in February. Also, the Temu.com spending also has "HTTPSPERCENTS WA US" in the details. Therefore, I'm pretty sure this unauthorized transaction was made by temu.com or sellers on temu.com.
