In August 2025 I ordered LipoMax (for weight loss), Shortly afterwards I had a strok. The product was delivered while I was in the hospital. After I was relesed from the hospital, I had go to several doctors. I showed an opened bottle of LipoMax to each and they cautioned me not to take it because it could possibly interfer with all the medication I was now on. I reported this to LipoMax and asked for a full refund if I returned all the unopened bottles. I never heard from them so I sent a 2nd email. Still no reply so I sent a 3rd, no reply to that one either. I have now looked online and see other people calling it a scam. It sounded legitiment to me at the time so I fell for it. My mistake. I have now reached out to my Discover card and they will investigate it and may be able to get my money back, but it will take a while. Right now I just want to warn others about the company selling LipoMax. Guess I will never know if it was a good prouduct or not since I cannot use it with my heart medications. All I want is a refund!

Oprah Winfrey claimed incredible results for herself and other celebrities using the 'pink salt trick'. Clicked the link and was taken to site to purchase LipoMax. My experience was similar to what was reported on Scam ID# 1026454. I too watched an hour long “podcast,” on Facebook conducted by Oprah and Dr Ania Jastboff. I didn't even realize that LipoMax was the product until the end of the podcast, and it was meant to confuse and hook you to buying the product. I regret falling for the scam. I immediately received an email that my order was placed and tried cancelling my order right away. I was informed to contact the product seller to cancel my order, but by the time I recieved a response, I was told I could not cancel because the order was already shipped. I believe there are two companies involved, the shipper (Cartpanda) and the product seller (4unature.com), which was not even mentioned during the purchase process. Someone emailed offering a 50% refund and I accepted, but still have not received any refund. I tried resolving with the vendors, but finally after a month, I have not heard anything else back. I am reaching out to Paypal to see if they can do anything in helping get a refund. I regret I fell for such a scam and found others have complained about the same experience and situation afterwards. Facebook should not allow these types of misleading advertisements and fake celebrity endorsements and ads to deceive people.

I saw a video advertisement with Oprah for a product that she claims help to lose weight. She had her doctor friend, Dr. Ania tout the claims of Lipomax. The video was almost an hour long and then you were given the opportunity to place an order for a product and you chose how many vials of certain product that you wanted after making my choice and entering my credit card information to pay I was suddenly jumped to a message that said before you leave, watch this one more video which I watched the next video And then the next video and it all sounded like a scam from that point on because in order for the so-called product that I was originally going to order to work, I suddenly needed to take an increased amount amount of it. I also need to add another supplement to it and at that point I knew it was a scam so I did not put my order through, but I also received a warning that I cannot back out of the video or else I may be double charged. I did not know any other way to get out of it so I ended up backing out of the video and closing up the Facebook app. Well sure enough on my credit card I was charged the amount times three so a total of 900 and something dollars I was not out the money because I immediately contacted my credit card company and I was able to get a credit back and have them do a fraud investigation and they reversed all the charges on my credit card so I was fortunate with that, but the point is it’s a scam company having the nerve to use a celebrity name as well as video image. Just want to warn people I was fortunate enough to get my charges reversed, but not everybody is able to do that so place the warning out there it is a scam.

I received a notification on Facebook with an invitation to view Oprah Winfrey's podcast regarding her usage of the Pink Salt Diet and her weight loss, which was not attributed to Ozempic. The podcast shed light on the natural process using GLP, with an appearance by Dr. Anina, who is reportedly the inventor of the product. As the podcast continued, Oprah spoke about her Own Your Health program, and she mentioned that she would pay for three bottles of the product since she was an investor. As time went on, the podcast directed viewers to continue watching if they wanted to receive the special, and up popped the product to purchase at a discount. Little did I know that multiple products and advertisements were unleashed! It wasn't very clear at this point when I received a dropped call from the coach who was supposed to call to explain the product, but I waited for a return call that never came. Counterfeit Product - Weight loss Scam

FB podcast featuring Oprah Winfrey endorsing the "Pink Salt Trick" with many other personal testimonials and claims of product purity and clinical research trials. During the podcast I gave my credit card info upon which they immediately tried to sell me more of the product claiming that they couldn't guarantee continuity of availability otherwise. At some point the podcast was completely disconnected and I didn't know if the purchase went through or not until I rcvd a Fraudulent Charge notice from my bank asking if I had authorized three purchases from CartPanda. I called the CartPanda customer service # and tried to cancel the order. They agreed to drop the third charge and give me a partial refund for the second charge which I haven't seen yet. In the meantime a product arrived called LipoMax which was not mentioned anywhere in the sales promotional. Upon close inspection of the label which was difficult to read even with a magnifying glass, it appears that this is a counterfeit of a more well known LipoMax product. The ingredients of the product I rcvd are not identical to the official LipoMax product. I called Cartpanda again and demanded a full refund and after much arguing they agreed if I paid the USPS return shipping cost that I could call them back with the RMA # and the USPS tracking # and then they would give me a complete refund. I will follow through but will believe the refund to my credit card when I see it. Please don't believe the old maxim, "Seeing is believing" because with AI generated sales endorsements anything can be claimed. Another old maxim, "If a claim seems too good to be true like "Take this magic potion to lose weight and you don't have to diet, exercise, or change any life habits, and the fat will just melt off", don't believe it. This particular scam was an expensive lesson to stay off FB where nothing is verified. I should have known better. There were many red flags during the sales promotion. I had just rcvd a warning from my PCP Doctor warning me of high cholesterol, obesity, and increased risk for stroke and heart attack the day before. It is criminal that these scammers are appealing to those of us desperate to lose weight and improve our health. Snake oil salesman have become much more sophisticated...

[RED FLAG] After 4 phone calls I was able to reach out to the company, spoke to Chaz, I requested a refund and a return street address. They say there is a money back guarantee, however, they hide by saying that the company they use for transactions is responsible for refunds and there is no way of contacting that company, or of knowing who that company is. (It could be cartpanda) None of their emails work and there is no phone number to contact. They are a full blown scam that uses their website as a way in to sell more products that aren't on there.

Online Purchase - Lipomax

Do not trust or believe LipoMax. It doesn't work and it is a scam. You are supposed to be able to contact them for a 60 day money back guarantee but none of their email addresses work. There is no phone to call to request a refund. I watched a never ending video with Oprah endorsing the product. Then offered a deal that can only be made right there. Thought I was spending $100 but didn't know I was charged $350 until it was too late. The next day you talk with a personal coach that you are supposed to have a monthly phone call with but you never hear from them again. They talk you into ordering more supplements that enhance the LipoMax. You spend another $300-400 on the supplements. They call the same thing 2 different names to try to get you to spend more. This is all a scam and now I can't get a refund. Hopefully you read this before buying.

I read a fraudulent ad that Oprah Winfrey promoted this product so I ordered the product. The website offered 3 free bottles ($49 each) if I ordered 6 bottles. The charge to my account was for all 6 bottles. I immediately began sending emails to not ship the product. They first offered a 50% refund and, secondly, a 60% refund but I declined and asked for a full refund. After 4 requests, the return shipping address was emailed to me with a promise of a full refund and to please provide them with the tracking #. The day I received it I did not open it and shipped it by UPS on the same day. Then, I emailed them this info and provided the tracking #. I have sent numerous emails asking for my refund but they have stopped answering my emails. I contacted my credit card company today and they plan to credit my account and try to contact LipoMax. I suspect this product might come from China but have no proof.

Counterfeit Product - Weight Loss Pink Salt Scam

I, too, watched a podcast featuring Oprah endorsing a product called LIPOMAX. In it, she said "If you order now - after watching this whole presentation - you will get 3 bottles for free and free shipping." But, when I hit the link given - I was charged the full amount for 6 bottles plus shipping. I was looking for $150 plus shipping to be taken off at checkout, but that did not happen. She also, mentioned that it is produced in CA at a place called 8Labs. My shipment came from FL! It is supposed to be the 'Pink Salt Trick' and the ingredients list does not mention anything about pink salt . . . :-( Scammed for sure.

Counterfeit Product - Weight Loss Scam

My husband saw an infomercial ad on YouTube for lipomax claiming that it was a natural weight loss product FDA approved. Showed a video with Oprah Winfrey. Says works better than Monjurro injections etc. so he decided to try to save me money and purchased the pills, while cashing out he was pressured to purchase more products. Was told that we would get a call from a personal nurse that will be monitoring my progress. I received several calls. When I finally took the call it was from a very unprofessional sounding man who was quite aggressive, demanded that I turn my tv down, fast talker. Asked me my weight and then TOLD me what weight he wanted to be at . I advised that I don’t want to loose that much weight and I had to ask him if he called to just talk at me or find out what my needs are. Very unprofessional, impatient with questions that I had. Could hear him slapping his thigh as he spoke and was adjutated with my questions. Encouraged me to continue taking Monjuro while using their products. The fast taker tried to confuse me and several times kept telling me about products and kept saying “can I go ahead and charge the card on file” I said NO several times and he kept asking and tried pressuring me. Sounded like a scam. Says he will follow up in 90 days. I received the alleged product about 12 pill containers and 12 liquid bottles in bubble wrap. Everything else was just thrown in with no literature or pamphlets or money back guarantee statements as advertised. Nothing! The name and address on the shipping label said it was from: Mr Comercio De Produtos Natura. No mention of Lypomax. I googled the senders info and they work under 3 different business names and it is apparently a vitamin company in BRAZIL! notified the credit card company and was advised that they tried to take out payment 9 times!! Now Lexi Moore keeps texting and emailing us trying to get us to purchase more products and to click on a link to “claim your vip welcome call before spots fill” This is a scam. They will take all of your money. DO NOT fall for it. I will not be injesting the products delivered out of safety as it could be anything
