I ordered LipoMax and was billed for ordered products in the amount of $294.00 in August 2025. After using it a few days, I didn't like it and called 888-627-2482 and spoke to a male but neglected to write down his name. Told him I wanted to return the order. He gave me the address but only a number, street name and zip code. When I asked about the name to put on the return box, he told me I didn't need it. I was afraid to send the product to the address with an rma number or some assurance I was sending to the correct place. I tried to contact them through their customer service email: [email protected]. The email was sent back to me as "Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." I thought I'd entered the incorrect address. Checked. Correct address. Searched their website again. Changed the email address, resent and it was returned with the same message. I did not attempt to call the customer service number because it was after their business hours.
