I read a fraudulent ad that Oprah Winfrey promoted this product so I ordered the product. The website offered 3 free bottles ($49 each) if I ordered 6 bottles. The charge to my account was for all 6 bottles. I immediately began sending emails to not ship the product. They first offered a 50% refund and, secondly, a 60% refund but I declined and asked for a full refund. After 4 requests, the return shipping address was emailed to me with a promise of a full refund and to please provide them with the tracking #. The day I received it I did not open it and shipped it by UPS on the same day. Then, I emailed them this info and provided the tracking #. I have sent numerous emails asking for my refund but they have stopped answering my emails. I contacted my credit card company today and they plan to credit my account and try to contact LipoMax. I suspect this product might come from China but have no proof.
