Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes - Julie Leach IMPOSTOR

Julie Leach said she was going to give me $250,000.00from her lottery winnings. She had Rita who she said worked for fedex have me purchase a $300.00 apple card and my package would be delivered the next day by fedex. the next day Rita contacted me and said I needed to send $1000.00 for some kind of certificate before my package could be delivered. I told both of them I didn't have any more money and they continued to harass me all day about this. Rita even posted a picture of my house and said "is this your house, well the fedex truck just drove past" almost like she was threatening me. I'm a little scared at this point.

Investment - Julie Xiao

Scammer reached out to me on a platform on Facebook, asked me lots of questions regarding the sport, then talked about other things and then into cypto. Same thing as others, her uncle in New York has a team and they study the market trends and knows when to do trading nodes for 30 seconds. I only did a small investment and made some money. She really pushed to really put a lot of money into it and I would not. Then my balance got to be fairly large and I went to go withdraw it, from her directions, it become stuck in CONFIRMING on CBOTOP. Customer service there was not helpful and definitely seemed fake. CS and the lady, Julie Xiao, said I have to pay the capital gains taxes before withdrawing the money. She said that I have to use cash and pay and prove I paid taxed for them to release my funds. Now I know for sure it is all fake, and why I only invested a small amount. She was friendly and also a fashion designer, but I could not find her company with the Secretary of State in California, so I also knew that was a flag. I figured I would see where it would go since I already deposited a small amount of money. Once she figured that I was not going to deposit anymore money, she got angry with me. I believe that the CBOTOP was their app and so they can manipulate it anyway they choose, as in making money and not making money. It seemed legit at first but once your money was pulled out of Coinbase and into CBOTOP, that is where they steel your money.

Online Purchase - julie-jewelry

The online with lots of photographs suggested an american jeweler going out of business and slashing prices on her jewelry. I ordered in late May and the package took a month. I could track it coming from China. It was suspicious that before coming to me it had been sent to an Illinois address and then readdressed. The 3 items were cheap and nasty in quality, not at all as they looked on the site. I had my credit card stop payment since I had a bad feeling about this.

They flooded me with videos and photos of person who Julie supposedly helped. I told them it seemed like a scam, and if Ms. Julie is so welathy and wants to help then she should be able to cover the shipping fees. It was obvios James was annoyed that I was not falling for the scam, even began writing in caps. Telling me not to tell anyone to avoid duplication of person. Counterfeit Product - Julie Occhino Luxury Beauty

I hired Julie Occhino Luxury Beauty for hair and makeup services for my upcoming wedding. She took at $960 deposit last October and then stopped answering my attempts to contact her. I have attempted multiple forms of communication to get in touch over the last two months. Those forms of contact included email, text, phone call and leaving voice messages, direct messages on instagram and HoneyBook and calling her salon phone number listed on google which is no longer in service. As of this morning, my latest emails now come back as undeliverable, whereas before I received an automated reply that someone would get back to me in 48 hours which never happened. Her website is also no longer up as of this morning. Based on this, I believe she is issuing contracts with clients and taking hefty deposits for services she doesn’t intend to provide. As one can imagine, a bride can’t wait for her to not show up the day of so despite having given her all that money, I now had to secure another vendor for the same services and pay them a deposit and am currently working through a chargeback process with my credit card company. Her linked indicates that’s she’s teamed up with a CPA in Texas and the basis of their partnership is “Profit First”. The name of that business is Mariga CPA PLLC. My hopes in submitting this is that someone is able to look into this and take action to prevent her from scamming other people into signing contracts, taking their money and disappearing.

Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes - Julie Leach / Facebook Messenger

Was approached in messenger about winning $50.000. by a woman claiming to be Julie Leach and how I had won money through her donation. The conversation went on and on. She wanted to know my name, address, driver's license, and finally my social security number. I was unaware that this would turn out to be a scam. I finally gave her the credentials of my driver's license but that was not enough she kept insisting to know my social security number and that's where I drew the line. Refusing to give out my SSN I told her that my SSN was strictly my personal Identification and will not be given out to anyone! She checked with her FedEx person to see what else could be done and then she sent me another text message that a credit card or bank information was ok again I drew the line and switch the table around and insisted that she send her FedEx person to my door with the cash prize in hand that, and the numbers she gave me should suffice the identification that she needed but that was not enough. She was trying to make me feel like I was guilty for not claiming my winnings by not giving her my SSN. The next day she was on messenger and again texted me with the warning saying this winning prize was up to me and she hated to see me forfeit my winning cash amount. So I finally told her to hang on and that I was going to do some research by the name Julie Leach and I'm glad that I did. Did not give her my SSN. Thanks for all of the experience other people had and put the results in the reviews.
