The representative I worked with was Amanda and all was well until I tried to withdraw funds. I was never able to retrieve any of my money or profits. DZ Alliance and CNCHUB totally scammed me. Additionally a company called Black Hat claimed the could retrieve my funds but they also are scammers who said they had retrieved 5 million of my funds never got a penny.

They sell nostalgic and popular games for very cheap, or you can subscribe to have access to all games, however upon my purchase of a single game, and downloaded, I discovered that the download was missing a file and could not be completed. I reached out and they gave me a handful of things to try to fix it. No luck. They gave me another download key. No luck. Then they gave me another game. This one didn't even download this time. But something downloaded and I don't know what or where. I asked for a refund and did receive it. However now I'm seeing this same company selling a game that is FREE TO PLAY. So they are now making money off something that is entirely free to download from the owners of the game. This is a major red flag!!!!!!

The other email described the unauthorized purchase of an Apple iPhone 16. This email asks if I hadn't made the transaction to call 816.357.9768. I did not call anyone nor did I make this purchase Last week my personal information, credit cards and personal banking was compromised. Someone began using my Belk credit card, then attempted to use my USAA credit card and trying to withdraw/transfer money to their personal accounts. The credit card charges were credited toy card. The money withdrawal an money transfer were blocked. I received a phone call from Belk credit card, then I called them back to freeze accounts. I then went to the bank and changed information.i notified Experian to freeze my credit. I don't know if they were able make this purchase.

This company has fradulently charged my credit card $13.96 for original order which was sent incorrectly and never credited. Then the thieves actually had the nerve to charge 2 additional fees 29.99 on 7/4/25 and $39.99 8/3/25. I called my credit card company and they stated that l my card is in the system as "Digital" which means they can charge without my approval. I want to this company to STOP charging my credit card and ripping off innocent people. I am not the only one. Facebook has MANY complaints against this company SHAME ON THEM.
