I saw the add on line and called the number to try Lipomax weight loss supplies. The representative told me I could get so many bottles for thin much and 1free or 3 bottles and 3 free. I went for the 3 with 3 free including shipping $213.00 . They asked for my credit card. It arrived. Later got a call telling me they would supply me a coach and I needed more supplies. These supplies were $2590. I could divide this payment on my own credit card using Whop Splitit.com this was the only way. Whop is now charging $ 259.on my card (SPT WHOP SPLITIT.COM/ GA) and nothing arrived in a, month. Called customer service at website (323-250-7506 Nov. 12) they just say they will forward my information. Called again same thing.. Discover can not stop it without permission from company

Before receipt of the product I received a call from a "coach" offering help using the product in the most effective way to use Lipomax. After discussion he confirmed Oprah did not endorse their product and said there was a 60 day money back guarantee. I told him I wanted my money back and would return the product. Upon receipt I contacted Cartpanda who processed the payment. After being told that once I provided some information (copy of my receipt, tracking # for product return etc. I would get a refund in 7-14 days. I sent the product, still in the unopened shipping box it arrived in, back to the return mail address on the package.. After putting the product in the USPS mail and providing all the information Cartpanda requested I got another e mail from Cartpanda saying they needed a return approval memo from the company they processed the payment for. I responded by e mail and cc'ed [email protected] asking how to get this set up. The Lipomax e mail address was no longer working. . They never responded nor did Cartpanda and they now have 323.99 AND the product returned.

When the package arrived, I took it to the post office and returned it unopened. I have the receipt that they received it. I never got a refund. I called again and they said they owe me nothing.

On 8/26/25 I ordered LipoMax-2523 6 bottle deal from a FB Ad for $294. Product arrived at my home 8/30/25 shipped from Largo, FL 33773-3703. The same day, 8/26/25, I received a confirmation email from a Lexi Moore ([email protected]), the Client Success Director from LipoMax, confirming my order, and asking for my immediate response by "clicking here" link "to calculate my unique Hormonal Profile, as it was critical to the success of using the product." I then received several other emails from CartPanda with codes to manage my purchase and complete the Profile, with another "personal email from a Emma Lewis ([email protected]) further "confirming that my LipoMax order was processed and soon to be on its way," with a "click here" link to "check the granted benefit for my order." (Her address was Brazil) On August 27th, I received another email from a Michael Carter ([email protected]) congratulating my on purchasing the natural health product from their partner's website! He claimed to be Editor-in-Chief of Natural Medical Post, with an invitation to receive emails by responding "YES" to the email, which I chose NOT TO DO. His address was listed as NW 6th Street, Miami, FL. 8/28-30/25, emails from Committed Coaches came in with "Booking Details for a call to discuss the Win-Win Opportunity" that Coach Lexi will make contact on my mobile phone. My Credit Card Company then received a charge on 9/2/25 of $2291.67 which I declined per monthly payment plan set up through a payment Shopper platform called, "Splitit" on behalf of Merchant named "WHOP." I'd agreed to the monthly breakdown of "$208.33 to begin 9/2/25 with their validation that there was $2500 in available credit per their requirement." It was my understanding that this was the cost for the "Committed Coach" program. I did not want to pay the full amount until I knew more of their program. I was assigned a personal coach named Marcos Sayon, with whom I'd begun daily texts with on their Committed Coach App. On 9/10/25, I texted that I felt like this program wasn't suited for me, wondering if this was rote material from a Robot, and he assured me he was human. On 9-27-25 there was a video between Dr. Rachael Jastrebauf,Y Director of the Yale Obesity Research Center and Oprah Winfrey talking about the "pink salt solution" for weight loss. It drew my interest. After the interview, it popped to a sales site advertising false comments made by Oprah saying if you purchase 3 bottles of Lipomax three will be free. I ordered 6 bottles of Lipomax . Since this was very late at night, after I ordered it I thought something wasn't right. I went to the website and saw comments of fraud. I immediately called the sales phone number 323-205-7506 and the recording stated I would get a call back in several minutes. . I calleNo callback. I called my credit card company the next morning and stated I thought I was taken advantage of and wanted to report fraud but the rep told me it wasn't posted yet and I would have to wait until it did. Four days later it was posted. In the meanwhile, I was able to reach someone by email was told them I did not want the product so they told me it had already been processed of course, and that when I received it to put a return label on it and send it back at my expense. Watched a video portraying Oprah Winfrey supporting the use of LipoMax. While I should have known, there is a vulnerability in people when their weight is and has been a problem. She railroaded me into giving her my payment info and assured me all was fine. Then the original order went through! So now I had two orders coming and immediately knew I had been had! NO WEIGHT LOSS. total scam.

I don't trust this company and am concerned that they have our credit card number and may try to use it again.

It's an AI-generated video and Oprah does not endorse this product. Do not order from this company. You will not be able to return your product, and the company will not contact you back. And if they do, it will be to offer you 50% of your money back and you keep their product. I can't confirm that you'll ever see any money returned from them. Luckily my credit card company logged a fraud report for me on this and should be crediting my credit card back for this purchase. I'm returning their product to their shipping facility address in Largo, FL as proof that I didn't keep their product.

I contacted the company for a return and they sent me a PO Box instead of an address. They also said I needed to have an RMA number and I request one and have never heard back for them. It’s been about four months they listed Lipo max.net and also lipomax.com as their email addresses. I’ve been sending emails to those addresses for two days and they have all bounced back. I cannot locate a phone number on their website to call them.

Felt it was legitimate based on Oprah's claims and guarntees. Ordered. No packing slip, no company information, and no way to contact for return. Took 4 weeks. Should have lost 24 pounds. Actually gained 2 pounds. Filed dispute with credit card company, it is pending. The product was not a legitimate product. The claims by Oprah were lies. A total scam and fraudulent company.

I immediately received an email that my order was placed and tried cancelling my order right away. I was informed to contact the product seller to cancel my order, but by the time I recieved a response, I was told I could not cancel because the order was already shipped. I believe there are two companies involved, the shipper (Cartpanda) and the product seller (4unature.com), which was not even mentioned during the purchase process. Someone emailed offering a 50% refund and I accepted, but still have not received any refund. I tried resolving with the vendors, but finally after a month, I have not heard anything else back. I am reaching out to Paypal to see if they can do anything in helping get a refund. I regret I fell for such a scam and found others have complained about the same experience and situation afterwards. Facebook should not allow these types of misleading advertisements and fake celebrity endorsements and ads to deceive people.

I also need to add another supplement to it and at that point I knew it was a scam so I did not put my order through, but I also received a warning that I cannot back out of the video or else I may be double charged. I did not know any other way to get out of it so I ended up backing out of the video and closing up the Facebook app. Well sure enough on my credit card I was charged the amount times three so a total of 900 and something dollars I was not out the money because I immediately contacted my credit card company and I was able to get a credit back and have them do a fraud investigation and they reversed all the charges on my credit card so I was fortunate with that, but the point is it’s a scam company having the nerve to use a celebrity name as well as video image. Just want to warn people I was fortunate enough to get my charges reversed, but not everybody is able to do that so place the warning out there it is a scam.
