Description
I watched a video on FB with Oprah regarding a weight loss product. I was supposed to pay for 3 bottles and get 3 more free. They double charged me. I tried to reach them both by email and phone several times and no one ever got back to me. I realized this product had nothing to do with Oprah even though she was in the video. When the package arrived, I took it to the post office and returned it unopened. I have the receipt that they received it. I never got a refund. I called again and they said they owe me nothing.
