Contractors Intelligence School, Inc., will be responsible for any delivery or shipping errors made on our behalf. If you find that your course materials are incomplete or defective please contact us immediately. If for any other reasons you wish to return the materials or products you may receive a refund.
Please understand that these materials are time sensitive. Many courses are updated every month. Once they are sent out the Study Manuals and media become obsolete.
For the maximum refund please complete the Following:
- Notify Contractors Intelligence School, Inc., within one week of delivery
- You may call us at 1-800-425-7570 or e-mailing us [email protected]
- Please include your order number and your information
- Please identify the reason for your return.
- Customers are responsible for Return Postage
- Materials must be returned unopened.
- Returned materials are subject to a 25% cancellation charge.
- Materials are not refundable after 14 calendar days from delivery.
- Refunds will be made by check.
- Refunds will be issued after Credit Card has cleared.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 Days.
The 25% cancellation fee will be applied once the order is shipped out. To avoid cancellation fee, the customer must cancel the order before it is shipped.
