  We were on the November 17th voyage to the Antartica. If it wasn't our best trip, it's certainly in the top three. First, our travel agent, REMOVED, was so helpful. He was knowledgeable about the expedition, as he had done it himself several times. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Second, the voyage itself was amazing! It's a trip of a lifetime. The cruise line, REMOVED, was great - the ship was luxurious, the food was great, the staff were so friendly, and the expedition crew were incredibly competent. We couldn't have asked for more.

  I traveled to Antarctica on November 17, and I cannot say enough good things about REMOVED (Map the World travel) and the entire experience he helped create. From the moment I began planning the trip, REMOVED was exceptional he guided me through the ticketing process, patiently answered all my questions, and stayed fully engaged all the way until I returned home. That level of end-to-end support is rare and deeply appreciated.
  The flights and cruise aboard the REMOVED World Navigator were seamless, and the experience was truly one that only REMOVED can deliver. Every detail reflected thoughtful planning around customer comfort, convenience, and safety, all while offering true five-star luxury on board. The ship, service, and overall execution exceeded my expectations in every way.
  This was unlike any trip I have taken before. The customer service was unparalleled, the experience unforgettable, and REMOVED dedication made all the difference.   REMOVEDis very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and responsible. We had some issues on the first day of the tour, and he replied to me quickly and during non business hours. Highly recommend using his services!

  REMOVEDhas been our travel agent for the last three years and we have been very happy with his service and would recommend him in the highest possible regards. He has helped us book hotels at either end of the trip, transfers in tricky areas such as South America and an upcoming Australian trip and also arranged reasonably priced business class air travel. He is always prompt with responding to our questions and forward thinking in sending us information for trips we may like to take based on our past history. In fact our last cruise was booked on an email he sent telling us one of our favorite cruise lines was having reduced prices!

  Jason is AWESOME! He has helped us plan two incredible cruises to Greenland and Antarctica, and he is always so responsive, kind, and helpful. He also has a great sense of humor and is so easy to work with. Truly so grateful for all of his help and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone!!!

  Highly recommend! Karen has been such a pleasure to work with. Despite our tight budget, she took our wish list for a Croatia trip we’ve been dreaming of for years and managed to make it happen!
