The Better Business Bureau Torch and Spark Awards for Ethics recognize the most trusted organizations in Arkansas. Applications are now open, and winners will be recognized at our annual Torch Awards ceremony in September.

Better Business Bureau Torch and Spark Awards are among the most prestigious awards bestowed upon businesses for their dedication to integrity and ethical business practices. 2025 marked the eleventh anniversary of the Torch Awards for Ethics in Arkansas! We are excited to celebrate the 2026 winners and finalists in September.

A Torch Award is presented to for-profit businesses in Arkansas that demonstrate a commitment to their customers, community, and company culture and show dedication to showing high ethical character - the 4 C's.  Applications for the Torch Award for Ethics are open to businesses in Arkansas of all sizes who have been in operation at least 3 years and meet BBB's Standards for Trust.

BBB's Spark Award is presented to for-profit organizations that have been in operation for less than three years or have an owner less than 35 years of age. Spark Award recipients are entrepreneurs who show dedication to the 3 C's - character, culture and community.

Shining a light on integrity

Winning a Torch Award is truly a mark of excellence! Torch Awards are bestowed upon businesses of all sizes in the state who exemplify integrity, are in good financial and legal standing and have been in operation at least three years. We encourage you to learn more about the application process or nominate a deserving business.

Celebrating ethical entrepreneurship

A Spark Award is bestowed upon young organizations who are putting their best foot forward! Businesses are eligible for the award if they have been in operation for less than three years and/or have primary ownership less than 35 years old, are in good standing, and exhibit high moral character.
