Laying the Foundation for Trades-Based Business Success

Blueprint is built for trades-based small businesses ready to grow, compete, and win in Texas' booming public contracting space. This hands-on program delivers the knowledge and connections needed to navigate certifications, insurance, bonding, and procurement processes. With direct insight from prime contractors, agency partners, and industry experts, participants walk away with a clear path to partnership.

This transformative initiative is to serve women entrepreneurs and was inspired by the 2024 findings of Austin Mayor Kirk Watson’s Task Force on Women Entrepreneurship. This program reflects our commitment to empowering women entrepreneurs and addressing the unique challenges they face in building and sustaining successful businesses.
