What is the NexusAdvantage program offered by the BBB Foundation and Vistage International?
This is a new partnership between two leading organizations serving business leaders of small to mid-size businesses in Texas. It is an exclusive program open to only 30 members who have expressed a desire to grow their businesses and become better leaders. 

Who should apply to join this program? 
The program is open to business owners, founders, and CEOs across all industries. BBB membership is not required. Businesses that prioritize growth and community impact will be prioritized for selection. 

What is expected of the members in this group?
Members should be willing to learn ways to increase revenues and profits, improve the recruitment and retention of qualified employees, and grow  businesses by expanding their market penetration. Members will be part of a peer group and will be expected to  be transparent and contribute to their interactions with others. All discussions within the program are confidential. 

When and where do the classes meet?
Monthly classes will be held at the BBB office at 1805 Rutherford Lane. Classes will be from 8:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m. with Vistage chairs with experience in business operations and deep knowledge of Texas. 

Do you have to be part of a BBB Accredited Business to join this program
No, this program is open to any qualified business leader in Texas who meets the enrollment criteria. 

Are members who join this group considered full members of Vistage International?
Yes, all NexusAdvantage members are enrolled as full Vistage members and will have access to all the Vistage resources, including webinars, research articles, surveys, events, and membership networks. They will have a Vistage email address to facilitate communication within the Vistage network. 

Will I receive a certificate of completion? 
Yes, a graduation ceremony will be held for all members who successfully complete the course, with family and guests invited. This recognition can be used to advance careers and promotions. 

What is the cost of the program?
The total cost for the program is $5,000 for the year. This amount can be paid in two parts, with $2,500 paid by 12/15/25 and the balance of $2,500 paid by 1/15/26. Payment can be made by credit card or ACH. 

Will NexusAdvantage members have an opportunity to network with other NexusAdvantage members and develop relationships within the NexusAdvantage and Vistage groups? 
Yes, in fact, the meetings are organized to facilitate networking, building lasting business relationships, and encouraging peer-to-peer coaching that strengthens business continuity.
