This session is designed for small businesses interested in how AI can support their goals but may be unfamiliar with these tools.

Participants will explore widely used platforms, including ChatGPT and Gemini, and learn how AI can assist with everyday tasks such as drafting content, improving customer communication, organizing ideas, and increasing productivity. Your participation in "BBB Swing Against Scams" supports the BBB Educational Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to protecting some of the most vulnerable members of our community.

Raising critical funds to sustain and expand these programs, ensuring they remain accessible at no cost to those who need them.
