BBB of Michigan will host the Blaze AI Summit on July 14 at The Goei Center in Grand Rapids, a one-day event for small and mid-sized business leaders ready to understand, adopt, and apply AI in their business workflow in practical ways without losing Consumer Trust.

The Summit will bring together experts, innovators, and entrepreneurs to explore how AI can support growth, improve operations, strengthen marketing, and protect trust when used responsibly. Attendees will explore practical AI usage, ethical responsibility, and the importance of keeping human judgment at the center.

Tal Goldhamer
Tal Goldhamer - Morning Keynote Speaker

Tal Goldhamer is an award-winning executive with more than 30 years of experience in strategic transformation and people-centric innovation.

He is a former Senior Partner and Chief Learning Officer at Ernst & Young, where he led a global team of more than 600 professionals delivering millions of learning hours to over 100,000 employees worldwide. Today, Tal designs and leads AI workshops and executive learning experiences across the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. An adjunct professor at the University of Denver, Tal teaches graduate-level courses in artificial intelligence and is known for his ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical insights.

Tal blends science-backed methods with a plain-language approach to help leaders and teams move beyond theory and create lasting, meaningful change. His work focuses on helping organizations turn challenges into opportunities and build momentum that impacts teams, customers, and communities.

His thought leadership has been featured in conferences, symposiums, and publications including Harvard Business Review.

Jonathan Liebert - Lunch Keynote Speaker

Jonathan Liebert is an AI thought leader, author, and advocate for ethical AI integration and social innovation.

He serves as CEO and Executive Director of Better Business Bureau® of Southern Colorado and Southern Colorado Impact Group, and is the founder of The AI Collective for Colorado, an initiative driving statewide collaboration and innovation in artificial intelligence.

Jonathan is Chair of the National AI Taskforce for the National Association of State Workforce Board Chairs, helping shape workforce strategy and policy related to AI. He is also the visionary behind the Colorado Springs AI Summit and the creator of AI Powerup for Small Businesses, a program designed to help leaders thrive in an AI-driven economy.

He is the author of Thought Partner, a guide to the next evolution of thinking where human creativity, emotion, and ethics work alongside artificial intelligence to enhance decision-making and innovation.

Jonathan brings a human-centered perspective to technological transformation, focusing on building stronger, more resilient communities. He serves on numerous boards, including the International Association of Better Business Bureaus and the BBB Institute for Marketplace Trust, and was appointed by Governor Jared Polis as Chair of the Colorado Workforce Development Council Board.
