BBB® of Michigan Awards

The Better Business Bureau® of Michigan celebrates Trust in our community with four signature awards. The Torch Award for Ethics celebrates local businesses and nonprofits that show a dedication to Trust and Ethics. Our Trust Scholarship recognizes young leaders who demonstrate BBB values in their daily lives with money for college. Our Trades Scholarship supports students who choose to go into the trades, and our Trust Award honors a local leader who works to build Trust and Transparency as they impact the community around them.

The Torch Awards for Ethics celebrate and recognize local businesses and nonprofits that demonstrate integrity and a strong commitment to ethics in all that they do.

BBB Trades Scholarship

BBB is proud to recognize and support young people pursuing careers in the trades. The 2025 Trades Scholarship is designed to reimburse young workers for things like tools, boots and other items required to get their career started. 2025 Trust Scholarship

The Trust Scholarship is available to high school seniors in 80 of Michigan's 83 Counties. Scholarships are awarded to young leaders who demonstrate Trust and Ethics in their daily lives.
