Programs

The Torch Awards for Ethics is an annual awards program to publicly recognize local companies that have practices in place that elevate their commitment to ethical business. The program is designed to not only promote the importance of building trust, but also the willingness and efforts made by outstanding businesses to help contribute to an honorable marketplace.

The Spark Award recognizes business owners 35 and under or business owners of any age operating for less than three years who demonstrate a higher level of character, generate a culture that is authentic about its mission, and connect with community.

The Student of Integrity scholarship program recognizes ten high school seniors from our 21-county service area who personify high character through leadership, community service, overall personal integrity and academic accomplishments.

The Laws of Life Essay Contest is a character-themed essay competition for middle school students in BBB’s 21-county service area to discover through reflection and writing what matters most to them in their own lives and the principles they believe should guide their behaviors and choices.
