How does it work?

Upon request, BBB can create a personalized website for BBB Member Accredited Businesses only with a unique custom web address (URL) for your business. If your business is in Boston, your domain can be .boston instead of .com

Once the website is created, you will receive a link to review. Once you view your website, you can work directly with BBB to add or update as much information and content as you like.

BBB will automatically add:

Business logo
Business city and state
Business phone number
Brief summary of business
List of services
Hours of operation
Accredited Business Seal (lower right corner of website)
Contact us form (routed directly to your email)

Please note:

Websites created for BBB Member Accredited Businesses are only hosted via BBB's partnership with Weebly.
An active BBB Membership is required for a BBB-provided website for your business.
Website coding, HTML or CSS cannot be provided to your business.
If BBB Member Accreditation is no longer active, the website will be deactivated.
If the business is no longer a BBB Member Accredited Business, upon request, the custom website URL can be transferred.
Typical time to develop your website is 30-45 days.
