All material is guaranteed to be as specified in estimate or invoice. All work shall be completed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with standard industry practices and manufacturers’ instructions. Any deviation or alteration from the above specifications that involves extra costs will be completed only upon executing a written change order, and will require extra charges and time to complete, above and beyond this estimate. Owner shall carry fire and other required insurances. Contractor shall carry General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance for all employees. 

A payment of forty percent of total bid must be made before work will begin. Additional payments may be required when proposed work is totaling to more than $5000.  Deposit is non-refundable once materials have been purchased.

Change orders that are requested will have a $50 charge plus materials and labor cost added to contract to complete change order.  The contract will then be resigned by both parties before change order is completed. 

Final payment for work shall be submitted to contractor within 35 days after completion of work or a charge of 5% interest will begin to accrue each month on any unpaid balance. We accept cash, check, and credit card. If customer pays by credit card, a processing fee will be applied. Idaho lien laws apply. 

All work provided by Precision Tiling & Epoxy, LLC will be warrantied for 1 year from the completion date.  Repairs will be warrantied only if original work was completed by Precision Tiling & Epoxy, LLC.

Pricing given in all bids are valid for 30 days.
