  This company does not stand by what they promise. They never reimbursed us for the very costly tree removal as discussed, and they completely failed to follow through on the deal they were promoting."that they would cover the first year’s payments if we signed up that day". We signed based on that commitment, and they did not honor it. Ive called, emailed, and texted with no replay. Extremely disappointing experience and very unprofessional. I would not recommend working with them.

We do have documentation showing that reimbursement was issued for the originally agreed-upon tree removal (though it does not include additional work completed beyond that original scope), as well as confirmation and receipt of the first year’s payments that were provided as part of the promotion.

  The process of obtaining solar panels with SunnyMac LLC was straightforward from start to finish. My salesman, Jeffrey Pilla did an excellent job explaining the process from point A to point B. I was negotiating with another solar company, but SunnyMac was faster at setting up their appointments. Everyone involved in the project was courteous, respectful, and very reliable when needed. Jeffrey Pilla went above and beyond, allowing me to get the best possible deal. He did promise me an incentive and kept his word by fulfilling it. I will recommend using Jeffrey Pilla from SunnyMAC to someone if they are going to go solar in the future. No complaints at all so far from my solar system and hopefully none in the future,

  I had 2 representatives of Sunnymac come unannounced to my door because they were doing work on someones house several streets away. I told them several times I wasn’t interested and there response, rather than be respectful and leave, was to begin repeatedly insulting me to my face. Incredibly rude, inappropriate, and absolutely uncalled for.

  Shame on me for not doing my due diligence. I trusted the salesman and am now paying almost 7 dollars per kilowatt which I now find out is double the industry standard. No one who charges double industry standard should be allowed to operate. Disgusting

  I had a fantastic experience working with SunnyMac for my solar installation. The entire team was courteous, efficient, and highly professional. I want to especially commend REMOVED, the electrician, and his assistant REMOVED. They arrived on time, explained each step of the installation process clearly, and maintained a positive and respectful demeanor throughout the day.
  Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were very reassuring. It's clear that SunnyMac values both their work and their customers.   They are the worst. They lied about how much solar we would produce. Then they have a warrenty saying natural things would be covered, but when squirrels ate through electric they refused to cover. Do not use this service. Literally any other solar company would be better. They will take all your money and screw you. Unless you want to be screwed 70,000 grand and not actually get any benefit do not use them.

  I highly recommend SunnyMac Solar. The whole process was so easy to do. The salesman, Kevin Holmes, was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us a great presentation from showing materials to explaining the whole process and was always available for questions. Forms were easy to read and sign. Our project manager, Justin DiGiovanni, was with us all along the way. He was always available for questions. He was on site during the roof and solar work and kept us informed as to what would happen next. We got a beautiful new roof installed in just one day. Our old roof was in worse condition than we thought. The roofers did a great job. The solar installation was just as quick abd looks amazing. All workers were professional and thorough and took great care to protect our house and property. Both projects were cleaned up as if they weren't even there. Our panels were just turned on, and my hubby loves keeping track of the solar energy we are getting right from his phone. We look forward to our savings! A big thank you, to the SunnyMac team!

  Installed roof and solar panels appears to be functioning properly. Roof crew were excellent.and professional. Solar install had a few bumps but company worked throught them. Overall I would recommend them to anyone.
