I had a fantastic experience working with SunnyMac for my solar installation. The entire team was courteous, efficient, and highly professional. I want to especially commend ****, the electrician, and his assistant ****. They arrived on time, explained each step of the installation process clearly, and maintained a positive and respectful demeanor throughout the day. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were very reassuring. It's clear that SunnyMac values both their work and their customers. I’m excited to start seeing the energy savings and feel confident knowing I chose a reliable, trustworthy company. I would absolutely recommend SunnyMac to anyone considering solar.

They are the worst. They lied about how much solar we would produce. Then they have a warrenty saying natural things would be covered, but when squirrels ate through electric they refused to cover. Do not use this service. Literally any other solar company would be better. They will take all your money and screw you. Unless you want to be screwed 70,000 grand and not actually get any benefit do not use them.SunnyMac LLC

I highly recommend SunnyMac Solar. The whole process was so easy to do. The salesman, Kevin Holmes, was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us a great presentation from showing materials to explaining the whole process and was always available for questions. Forms were easy to read and sign. Our project manager, Justin DiGiovanni, was with us all along the way. He was always available for questions. He was on site during the roof and solar work and kept us informed as to what would happen next. We got a beautiful new roof installed in just one day. Our old roof was in worse condition than we thought. The roofers did a great job. The solar installation was just as quick abd looks amazing. All workers were professional and thorough and took great care to protect our house and property. Both projects were cleaned up as if they weren't even there. Our panels were just turned on, and my hubby loves keeping track of the solar energy we are getting right from his phone. We look forward to our savings! Installed roof and solar panels appears to be functioning properly. Roof crew were excellent.and professional. Solar install had a few bumps but company worked throught them. Overall I would recommend them to anyone.SunnyMac LLC

I wanted to purchase a solar battery and agreed to purchase the powerwall 3. They told me that they could install one (that was not correct) and that they had them in stock. They said that a new contract was needed for the purchase and I waited and waited. Tried to call them, tried to email them, tried to text them with no response. They left me hanging and wasted a good 3 months with their unprofessionalism. I don't understand it. They seemed sincere but they ended up being a great disappointment.. Don't trust what they tell you is my advice.SunnyMac LLC

Overall, a better than anticipated experience than other family and friends had with other solar providers. We initially had 5 companies on our shortlist (from my husbands initial web research) and we took the time to meet with each of his initial "picks". We were also interested in being preemptive about replacing our 19-year old roof and thought that including that project with solar, would garner us the best advise and pricing. How very wrong we were. Only one came out on top. We were also initially very concerned by the "huge" difference in pricing, across the board, for what seemed like a very similar end product. While the idea of solar was sounding good, we just couldn't make sense of the the financing or even try to grasp the Delaware SREC program compared to the Green Grant initiative. Again, there was a clear winner when it came to explaining "everything". Maybe it was because he was older and related to my wife and I, better than the youngsters that have tried before, Thank you Tim We have a guaranteed kwh price a full 10 cents less than my neighbors are paying today - and our price is "FIXED & GUARANTEED" for the next 25-years.SunnyMac LLC
