Beware of this company!! They came out and couldnt figure it out on first visit but charged service fee of $175. Then came again and physically beat on heater with a wrench along with other fixes but ended up deciding to replace the whole board. A week later when the board came in (mid February) they charged another fee and it still wasnt fixed. Now $300 later and no fix they will not come back and told me to call someone else. I do not recommend trusting this company.

the first call was due to furnace not working, we arrived at REMOVEDand discovered that she has NOT had routine maintenance done on her furnace in several years, Our technician got everything up and running as should be and she was charged service call and labor. The next day REMOVEDcalled saying that the furnace was not working again, the technician went back out to discover that moisture got into her furnace and fried the control. The explained it to her boyfriend REMOVEDwhat was going on and why, the tech told REMOVEDwe would be ordering a control board, REMOVEDcalled the next day and was very rude wanting to know what we was doing about her furnace, we explained to her that we was ordering a control baord cause hers was fired, she got rude with me asking what makes you think it's the board, i explained to her what the tech discover and why, ( her boyfriend did not relay the message to her from the tech) she was fine with it. we recieved her board witch took a few days for shippment, we called at @2:30pm and schedule for us to put her board the next REMOVEDand she was okay with that. Then at 4pm that same day she called yelling and being very rude about the everything saying she did not want our tech to come back to her house so at that point we asked what she would likes us to do and she could not answer that, so we asked if we could a different in to replace board, she agreed, We made thangs right with REMOVEDbuy not charging her for the 2nd time we was out and again when installing the board she got a ignitor, the board at cost $180 and labor or service call that alone should have been a $489 dollars, but we made it right and due to her being rude and making statements that she didn't feel safe with our tech being in her home, When her boyfriend called i explained to him do to the safety of our tech, us making everything right with them that we would recommended them finding someone else to work on their furnace
