            I ordered a Backup camera from their website. The website said it was compatible, but after installation, it didn't work. I contacted tech support, gave them my vehicle info and they tried to help me get it working. After a few different attempts to make i work, they told me it was not compatible with my vehicle, and instructed me to send it back. I sent the product back, they refunded my money minus a restocking fee of approximately $70 dollars. I want ALL of my money back.

            I spent a good chunk of my money upgrading my 2013 **** Explorer sport to have android auto. Which the company said was upgrading from version 2 to version 3. The kit came with upgraded Parts new screen Etc. Within 4 months the screen started flickering very rarely shutting off. Now after 11 months the screen really works if it does it's flickering off and on. When I called them after about 5 months from the initial purchase they said I should have bought the upgraded warranty. I spent almost $1,400 on this stuff I shouldn't have had a 90-day warranty to start with. Their answer was to disconnect the battery and reconnect the battery see if that helped which it didn't. They said I should purchase something so that they can fix it I don't remember the exact term that they used. I don't want to spend even more money on this stuff it's a joke probably just going to go back to the parts I have from the old that worked fine. But don't recommend these people wish I never done any business with them
