      ** ****** David asked $2500 deposit for a 3 windows and 1 patio job on July 2021. Before I signed the contract. I told him I am going to sell the house between Jan-Feb 2022, so I need David to confirm he can install windows before Fall of 2021 sometime November. If not, I am not going to sign the contract or give him the deposit.David insisted many times in person and over the phone that they will have the installation within 14-16 weeks of contract. After the 14-16 weeks of estimated delivery date on the contract. I call/text after call/text asked David for the refund. David refused to refund me the deposit after 4-5 times of asking, months of months past by. David took my $2500 deposit ** ********

      Dealt with Graeme and he was absolutely pleasant! He went above and beyond to help me get everything in order for the greener homes grant and helped push forward the application process when is glitched out from the audit side. We also needed to delay after we placed our order as the loan application took over 6 weeks to go through. He was able to hold the windows for us an extra few weeks until we heard back and we’re ready. He explained everything to the last detail and was very responsive. We had a very good experience overall. I was not here for the installation day as it was just my husband there but everything went flawlessly. ***** ****** ********* ** *******

      From start to finish it was seamless. Jerry was so helpful with our choices, and his crew was amazing. We had new windows installed in out entire house, as well as a new patio door. I get so many compliments on our windows and the difference is heating/cooling is very noticeable. I would recommend Consumers Direct every single time. Thank you for an amazing experience.

      Had a great front to back experience getting kitchen bay window replaced.

      Consumer Direct was wonderful to work with. We replaced 8 windows and 2 exterior doors. From the initial walk through with Dennis and choosing our products, to the final installation, we could not have been happier. The sales team was great to handle all of our requests and questions. The installation team were courteousand professional, kept a clean worksite, and showed clear pride in their work. We would recommend working with Consumer Direct in a heartbeat.
