      ********* about **** service from your agent I called today around eight fifteen PM your time. *** your agent was shockingly **** when I rang for a door installation quote. My neighbor gave me your number, so I called and gave my name, last name, address, everything. I asked one simple thing – are you in Canada? I live here! He snapped, acted like a total ****, and hung up on me. Not cool. I just wanted a polite estimate, but got ******* instead. Please address this, train your staff, and call me back for the quote. Thanks.

      From the very beginning with ******** to the end with the installation, everything was great. Everyone who came to the house was professional and friendly. The installers were fantastic and cleaned up after themselves. Would not hesitate to tell friends and family about Consumer Direct Windows.

      They’re the best in the business
      We recently had our windows, front door, and patio door replaced, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was incredibly efficient, reliable, punctual, pleasant, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Our home is 22 years old, but with the new upgrades, it looks brand new!
      They went above and beyond, not only did they install everything with care, but they also set up our new camera doorbell for us, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. They even took the time to educate us on available rebates, which we truly appreciated.
      We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service. The person we had the pleasure of meeting to set us up successfully was ******** and I recommend him and Consumer Direct Windows and Doors to everyone.

      From the start **** was extremely helpful and guided me throught the whole process.
      Even with the rebate portion of our deal.
      The price was excellent and the product extremely well built.
      I had 15 windows. 2 doors and a patio door.
      It was a three day job. It was also really hot and sunny outside all days. Well It rained for a llittle a couple of hours but that didnt stop the installers. **** and ******. * *** ** ***** ** * *** **** ****** *** * ******** ***** These guys were incredible. Very professional and curtious. I told
      **** that he didn't need the drop sheets because I was already doing some work. And it was messy anyways. But he said that it's OK but he treats all homes with the same care no matter. I thought that was awesome.
      That's a good guy. ****** and **** worked like horses here. Showed up same time all three mornings. Very pleasant. Sweating alot but no complaints heard.
      A final inspection with **** showing me the locks, window cranks, how to operate the patio door locks and screen door operation.
      These guys know there stuff.
      Thank you everyone at consumer direct windows and doors.
      The house looks so different. I love it.

      Working with Consumer Direct Windows & Doors in general, and specifically with ********'s attention to detail, was an absolute pleasure. Every aspect of this window retrofit project - from beginning to end - was professional, skillful, well-executed, and meticulous. We enjoyed turnkey results with virtually no touchups or cleanups required afterwards. Consumer Direct offers quality workmanship at competitive prices.       ***** ******** ****** ******* ** *** *****! I had a disappointing experience with their window installation services. Despite taking measurements, in February 2025, they installed windows that were undersized, requiring metallic capping to cover gaps on multiple windows. Specifically, four windows had capping on two sides (top and one side), and two windows had capping on the upper side.
      I contacted them, sent pictures, and requested replacement of at least four windows with correct sizes. Despite multiple visits from representatives, including their manager ****, we couldn't resolve the issue. **** suggested reinstalling the windows with extra caulking to distribute the gap evenly, but I was concerned this would result in an unprofessional finish with excessive caulking visible on both sides.
      Unfortunately, Consumer Direct Windows refused to replace the windows. *** ****** **** * * **** ******* I would not recommend this company to anyone.

      We just had new doors installed, and we’re absolutely thrilled! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Michelle, our salesperson, was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping us find the perfect doors for our home. The installation was seamless, and the quality of the doors has exceeded our expectations, transforming the look and feel of our home.       We recently replaced our back garden door. The entire experience with Consumers Direct was A+.
      Michelle did an amazing job helping us to get the product we required. She also did a post-installation visit to ensure we were good and check out the look and fit in our house.
      Price was within our budget – which we were happy with as a previous quote from another company was unrealistically 4+ times more!
      Installation – simply amazing!! Installers were very respectful and talented. Door looks amazing and all trim work and fittings are beautiful.
      We will definitely be calling Michelle back in when we are ready to replace our windows in the near future!!
