      Open Text Inc. is charging *********** ****** *********** **** for a service we do not want and requested to cancel. We thought it was cancelled a year ago and haven't used the service. We were told we need to pay for the service first, and then they will reimburse us. They won't cancel it without this full payment. **** ** *** *********** ******** ********** We want the charges dropped, as we don't want the service and have emailed them twice about cancelling the service. We only received demands to pay and no indication that the service is cancelled.

       It appears that they I’m still being expected to pay for a service and to extend it until June 2026. So NO, it hasn’t been resolved. Can you please help me resolve this issue?

      After further investigation from our billing teams, the cancellation was not submitted to the appropriate area, however, it has been decided that opentext will approve the cancellation and credit the amount outstanding.
