?1. Drastic Drop in Communication Post-Purchase
?Prior to my purchase, your sales representative was extremely attentive, maintaining constant and aggressive communication to secure the transaction. However, immediately after my payment was processed, this communication became drastically minimal. My subsequent emails and attempts to reach out for support or to address my concerns have been largely met with silence or extreme delays until now.

    ?2. Misrepresentation of Performance
?During the sales presentation, your sales representative explicitly stated that Vector Algorithmics "wins more than it loses month-to-month". This was presented to me as a consistent, low-risk, "win-win" situation. Relying on these claims, I proceeded with the purchase.
?However, my actual experience with the software has completely contradicted these claims. The algorithm has not performed as promised, resulting in immediate financial regret.

?3. Unprofessional and Manipulative Sales Tactics
?In addition to the inaccurate financial performance claims, your sales representative engaged in highly inappropriate and emotionally manipulative behavior to secure the sale:

?Exploitation of Personal Faith: Upon learning that I am a person of faith, the agent explicitly used religious positioning as a sales tool, claiming that the owner of Vector Algorithmics is a "person of faith who likes to help people out." The agent also heavily characterized the company as operating "somewhat like a charity," which is highly misleading for a commercial software company.
?Inappropriate Emotional Manipulation: The agent crossed professional boundaries by steering the sales call into deeply personal and sensitive subjects, including discussions regarding faith and even matters of suicide. I believe this deliberate trauma-bonding and emotional escalation was executed solely to lower my defenses and pressure me into making a purchase under emotional duress.
