    I have tried contacting them for over 3 weeks with no call back or a response to my submitted online contact form. **** * ****** ** ****** ****** it seems they are not responding to anyone. All I need to know is how to make my payments since I was switched to ****** service from **** ***** ****. This should be a simple request.

    * ***** **** **** ******** ***** They took over **** security contract and the first bill they billed an extra payment. Their call center is just as bad. Wait on hold for hours and still don’t resolve complaints. Tried to cancel and they were no help. Tried to resolve the issue of the over billing and accounts receivable would answer calls. ** **** ******* *** * ******* ***** sole purpose is to take money with no customer service **** **** ** *** ******* *** **** **** *********

    Impossible to get a hold of anyone including accounting to pay bill. I’ve tried all of there numbers many many times over the course of several weeks. Terrible customer service and seemingly impossible to cancel.

    I am writing ** **** * ****** ********* regarding a complete and persistent failure of your customer service and technical support for my alarm system.
    This situation began approximately two weeks ago when my alarm system's panel started displaying a "low battery, call support" warning. The alarm panel proceeded to beep constantly, every day, until the battery finally died.
    I have been attempting to resolve this issue with your company daily since the very first day the warning appeared. My efforts to contact you include:
    Daily phone calls to your technical support line and main directory.
    Multiple emails sent to your support address, to which I have received zero replies.
    Leaving multiple voicemails for the technical department, none of which have been returned.
    For two weeks, I have been completely unable to reach any human being at your company to address this technical fault.
    Also, The only email I have received from API Alarm during this period was an automated email informing me that my monthly payment "didn't go through." Ironically, this email was completely unhelpful, as it failed to provide any steps, instructions, or a link for me to update my payment information.
    I was a **** customer in the second year of a 3-year contract when API Alarm took over my service. Only reason I got this alarm service was because it was with **** specifically. Ever since your company took over, the amount of time I have already wasted trying to get a simple response is unacceptable.
    Due to this total failure to provide service, technical support, or even basic communication, I have zero confidence in your company's ability to provide a reliable service.
    I demand the immediate cancellation of my service and contract. I expect this cancellation to be processed without any early termination penalty or further charges, given your failure to provide the contracted service.
    Please reach out to me and provide a written confirmation of this cancellation.

    A very poor, poor transition from **** to this entity.
    We have had * ******* ** ****, **** zero customer service contact and our first experience with the monitoring station, was far from satisfactory.
    The 2 way system was not working and it them over 5 minutes to respond!!

    My account was transferred from ****, and since then, all my equipment has continuously gone off and online daily. I get more than 15 emails a day, and nothing is working. You cannot get technical support, no one answers telephone calls, and when they finally did, they hung up on me. * **** *********** *** **** ******** ** ***** ********** and there is no way to get it fixed. I tried calling the monitoring centre but again - no answers. How is that possible. Just sat on hold again for 35 mins with technical support but no answers. I am thinking about setting the alarm off to see if anything happens.

    I updated my wifi and my cameras didn't automatically update. Tried to contact them multiple times! left messages with 4 different departments. no response.
    As with other complaints, they took over from another company, which I was very satisfied with. They are impossible to get service from and I would like to cancel my contract too. No one answers the phone. ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?

    Called 7 days ago because system showed a fault that had the alert chirping in the middle of the night, called and called no answer or response to voice mails
    Finally had enough and got thru to tech support and was given an appointment 7 days from now, we are going crazy trying to sleep and the alert only starts at midnight until 6 a.m. , will get the system working properly, than will cancel the contract, and get a different company.

    ***** ** *** ****** ***** ** ****** *** ********** We have been using this company for 7+ years. It's always a problem to talk with anyone. Our system has not been working since the upgrade they sold us in January 2025 and not upgraded until July 2025. And that upgrade happened because I chased the sale. The system has not been working for months. I have called at least 10 times. I was in touch with **** ***** in tech support at ********* **** ***** who refuses to call back or respond to an email. I have followed up with tech support, alarm ***** support. Two weeks ago (late Sept 2025), a tech support lady **** said she would call me right back. No call yet. It's is unbelievable how poorly their service and support is...making the sale they are good at. Servicing the sale is an incredible weakness and I can only imagine the frustration by everyone - internally and for the customer. *** ****** **** **** *** ***** ** *** ***** * *** ********* ***** ****** *** ****** **** * *** should be embarrassed at the service levels your company is not offering. I have never raised my voice or been disrespectful with any team members. Frustrated. Absolutely. What I need to know now, is how do I get out of my contract with you and put an end to our miserable experience with your organization. *** *********** *** ****

    Horrible customer service. They never answer their phones. You can only leave messages on an answering machine and no one calls back.
