    every since API took the account from ******, the service has been terrible. I have a faulty sensor and after weeks of followup, I have no resolution yet. People call me and then don't follow through. they claim they are trying to help and are going through a transition but regardless the issue with my system continues. ******** ********* ******* **** **** *** ******

    I made exactly 20 calls to get a hold of this company, and left 11 voice mails over a 3 week period to cancel my account. Then I put a stop payment on the auto withdraw from my bank. The day they didn't get their money, they called twice before 9:30am. I spoke with them and asked to cancel my service. They said no, I have to call them to do that. I told her that I made 20 attempts to call. The woman was **** ***** *** very unaccommodating. They have since emailed me about my missed payment. I asked them not to contact me any more. *** ***** ****** **** **** **** *** ** ** *** *** ************

    ***** ********* *** ***** ************* ******** ** ******** they operate under in Canada They operate an exit **** type of operation, with this **** they intentionally make your termination of services vague and suggest you "hold on to" the alarm system while you are selling the home, in reality they ****** after you terminate, saying that they have continued to offer services - even after the alarm system is removed !!! * ***** ***** *** ******** **** **** ************ * ** ** **** *** *******

    They allow terrible business's to use them for their monitoring however provide 0 service when those business's don't reply. I have been trying to cancel my account with them and they refuse to do so, telling me to contact the company that doesn't answer their phone. They need to change their policies as they are the ones charging my card and should have policy to cancel the account and charges.

    *** ****** They took over for ****** and really are only concerned with getting money, not providing any sort of service. I have done as asked and e-mailed my questions about billing to ************@******** multiple times and have NEVER received a response. You can't get anyone on the phone for either company unless you are calling about an alarm going off, or of course want to spend money with them. The disconnect in communication between these two companies is absolutely atrocious and I am incredibly, incredibly grateful my contract is coming to an end with them and ******. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. ******* ** *** ** they don't care. They just keep ****** ** *** ********* *** **** ******** them in auto renew contracts for years and years that they make you jump through hoops to get out of.

    ***** **** * **** ** * ****** This company is impossible to get a hold of. I followed the proper channels to cancel my account back in March, yet they continue to invoice and charge my credit card. I have sent emails, and left numerous voicemails which are all left unanswered. The one time I got ahold of accounts payable the lady said she could see the cancellation is pending and could not do anything until this goes through. However, here we are in August and they are invoicing me despite them already refunding past charges due to their error on my credit card. My contract ended 5 years ago and I have every right to cancel. **** ** ********* *** ***********  I will be exploring other means of holding this company accountable ** **** *** ******* * **** and I question whether my system was ever even being monitored based on their lack of integrity.

    Customer service is this companies specialty. try to call ion for a technical problem and you get the run around. I tried calling today and after 20 minutes finally got transferred to Winnipeg *** ***** ** *** **** ******** ******* * ***** *** ********* **** ******* ** ****** ******

Anything else, including getting called promptly in an event, is outside their level of expertise. At one point they called us 4 hours after the system went off. The whole house could have burnt down. Waiting to speak to an operator to put the system to test signals is like pulling teeth. Last time we called in, it was over 28 minutes - this for a 24/7/365 fir a ULC listed station… **** *** ******* *** *** *** *********** ***** ** ******* * ******* ***** **** *** *** ****** ** ** ** ****** *** *** ****** ******** ****

    They are trying to collect money on behalf of ****** **** from a 93 yr old who canceled the service 2 yrs ago. Sending multiple duplicate invoices. When you call them, they say there's nothing they can do. They are hoping that just maybe an elderly person will pay anyway. Shameful.
