    This company took over from **** they are now charging over 25.00 more as where in the takeover everything was to remain the same for the next two years. i have called this company about 60 times since October 2025 i have emailed and no one answers the calls no one has emailed me back. If you contact the monitoring station your left on hold for over 8 minutes . That is more than enough time for an intruder to come in. how can this company uphold to their standards they cannot. ** **** ********** **** ** ** ** ** *** ***** ******* **** *** *** **** *** **** *** ****** **** ** ***** ** **** *** ********* **** ***** ***** ******** * ******* ***** ** **** ** *** **** ******** *** *** ** ********* this is not Right answer your calls and contact back your clients !

    I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and frustration with the customer service provided by API following the company takeover on October 1, 2025. As a long-time customer, I have always valued the reliability and responsiveness of your services, but the events since the acquisition have eroded my trust entirely, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued.
    Since the takeover date, I have made exhaustive efforts to resolve a straightforward request: the cancellation of my account, effective immediately on October 1, 2025. Despite these repeated attempts, I have received no acknowledgment, response, or resolution from their team.
    To date, not a single one of these communications has elicited a reply, confirmation. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable, particularly in light of the transition period, and it has caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and potential financial implications.

    ** **** ** ******** **** *** our Alarm company which is taken over by API. My have been trying to speak with API regarding our alarm system but like many other customers, there is no response from API. The issue with my alarm required immediate attention and I have left at least 2 messages with API raising concerns. But to this date, no phone call from them. And nobody at customer service ever calls me back. I tried alarm repair line but also got no response. This is a red flag for anyone who is considering having an account with API. However, their bills are still coming. I would like to cancel this service as it does not meet my expectation.

    No technical support, no customer care. Every time I call, I am on hold forever and most of the time they hang up. They hung up after a wait of 1 hr. and 2 minutes. Now I am on hold again and already 35 minutes. Can never reach anybody. Very frustrating to deal with and I do NOT trust them at all at this point.

    I wanted to cancel *** alarm system. They told me that I needed to do a letter stating that I wanted to cancel so I did. I got an email saying that **** were cancelling my Alarm, ** ***** ***** *** ** ************* ***** by the end of July 2025. Then all of a sudden ** ** *** *** ** *********** *** got bills for 3 months when it’s been canceled *** systems are turned off!!

    I have been trying to reach them for 2 1/2 weeks and the way period is over 45 minutes on the phone with no response. I’ve left voicemails to call back and sent an email request for a callback and nobody has reached out. I would like to cancel the services and feeling stuck with getting payments out of my account.

    I have been charged by API Alarm since the transfer and my systems dont work to this day ive tried to call them but was not successful they kept me on hold for 2 hours and still received no help Im currently paying them every month without even using their systems because mines are all shut down

    Terrible Service - In fact there is no service at all. My **** ****** Security system equipment is not working. I have been trying to contact them by phone with no response. I left messages to call back again with no response, I contacted the false alarm system and they transferred me to services. How can anyone depend on a Security company which does not respond to its customers.
    Again TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

    When this company took over the security monitoring business from **** ***** Home, the monthly invoices showed incorrect and unexplained information and amounts. Like so many other reviews indicate, it is all but impossible to even speak with someone. I've sent an e-mail and made numerous calls over the past month, and only once did someone at "reception" answer, and transfer me to the Billing department, at which point I left my 5th voicemail message. I have tried navigating their phone menu, but the option for Customer Service immediately disconnects the call, as does the option for Billing. If you "stay on the line" for someone to help you (and I've waited more than 20 minutes), the line just disconnects. I've not yet tried calling their monitoring centre, but I have a feeling this company is either outside of its capability, or it's ******* and ********.

    ***** ***** * ***** ******* ****** **** ******** ****** *** ** *********I've had a contract w/ them which ***** *** it's finished.It took me a couple of weeks to finally get e-mailed confirmation of cancelled account..I spent over 2 weeks daily trying to get through to them by phone w/ as much as 2 1/2 hr waits & no call back .This goes back to beginning of month.I've had product issues for last couple of years w/ "0" support**** * ** *** *** **** travels quite frequently & kinda rely on a security system & not added stress,I also needed the acc.t with alarm.com terminated so the panel could be reprogramed w/ new firm but still not done so I had to pay for new panel($550.00) so my system is usable.How does a company not reply to their customers & have horrible support.* ***** ********* ******** ** *** *** ****** ***** ** ****** ***** ************** ******** *********
