    I transferred my funds to my account to redeem from my FHSA, but the transfer missed my window being transferred over despite numerous attempts asking to courier the transferred cheque ... Now I cannot redeem these funds for my house purchase!!
    NEXT TIME DO AS YOU SAY .... CANCEL THE CHEWCK AND COURRIER A NEW ONE ... COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ..... DONT BLAME ****** **** STRIKE !!! not to mention I called almost every few days

    I used to like them but not anymore! I have money pending and I has to pay a fee to get it released, So I have paid 300$ with gift cards and 200$ if it was good but the last 100$ was a used card and I was accused of giving it to someone else! I was ****** ** **** *** ******** *** *** threatened to have my account locked and lost all that money!

    Wish I never traded here, they locked me out of my account and wouldn't let me withdraw the $200k I invested. It was really hard, I couldn't maintain my mortgage and had to sell my house. But with help from a Professional, I was able to get back my money.     ***** * ***** **** **** ** The support is bad, it takes forever to withdraw your money. And when you ask why you get a copy paste answer (they just copy paste a response they gave you before)

    I have to take a screenshot of my account every closing day of the stock market just to be sure its the same in the morning. I only started doing it recently when I noticed money going missing. ******* ********

    They unlocked a small lif I had. A few weeks later they sent me an email explaining their error and told me to put the money back. The money had been used. I told them when I may be able to pay it back but they continue to ******** to freeze my lif and any dividends until it's paid back. Really do your homework before you give them any money.

    Recieved an email stating "we can no longer do business with you, you have 30 days to transfer your holdings or we'll send a check", no reason why, my account is now locked, I have no access, they won't return emails and they've blocked my number so I can't call them. **** ******* ** ** ****.
