      I've been collecting miles for years...not very many points collected as I live rurally, that part is my fault. However, I wanted to transfer my air miles to my relative...it will cost me .15 per mile to transfer them...there should be no cost to transfer miles or at the least a cap on the cost. I have spent two days on hold as they were "experiencing higher than normal call volume" so I selected call back and after two hours they called back and said they couldn't complete the call back as there were no customer service reps available to help me. They offered me the option of a call back as far as a week later but didn't give me "dates" so that I would know when they would call, but only days of the week, and I didn't know if they meant my current week or the following week. I wanted to be called the next day at the latest, but it was unclear when they would actually call me back. On top of that it didn't matter how many times while waiting on hold the next day I told them I didn't want call back they continued to force me to press the button saying I didn't want callback every ten minutes so I couldn't even just relax and wait for a human to answer. This kind of service is theft. I go shopping at specific places in order to collect points. If I can't even do what I need to do with those points in a timely fashion....that is theft. Shame on you Air Miles...Pull up your socks, you have no excuse. Hire some staff. I understand it is switching ownership to ***, I hope they perform better.

      *** ***** ** *** ***** * **** ***** ****. They have a credit that they owe me for a flight. I was told i would have to call Air Canada because they are the ones holding my air Miles ticket. I called Air Canada and they are telling me I have to contact Air Miles to rebook the flight. I have been trying to contact Air Miles since July 2022 and can never get anyone on the phone. I called yesterday Aug 28 2023 got put on hold for 4 hours and had to finally hang up. Called again on Aug 29 2023 they asked me if i wanted a call back i said yes they called back 5 hours later and told me all representatives were busy and pick another time for a call back every day and time i picked they said it wasn't available . I am trying to book a flight on the one that they owe me. So very disappointed with Air Miles. Just hoping i can get my Miles back or can book another flight with the one they owe me .

      I am trying to contact Air Miles help desk, after being on hold for 4 hours, it just disconnected. I will no longer waste my time and effort collecting their points. * ***** **** *** ** ***** *** ******** **** ******* **** *** ******

      ********** ******* ******** ******* trying to book a flight home for my wife and 1 year old daughter. Have been trying for two weeks to get ahold of them with no luck and the call back service keeps failing. Can’t book online because there is no option to include an infant on your lap so they say to call and then can’t get ahold. Will be using up air miles and cancelling service with *** and air miles after this experience. Much better reward programs available.

      Absolutely awful customer service. I called Airmiles daily for 7 days! It is pointless calling past 10 am. Even though they close at 7pm, you'd get a call back at 5pm telling you that the ambassadors won't be able to get back to you that day. The "callback service" is glitchy and when you schedule a callback, as soon as you try to enter the day and time of the callback, you get a message that "something went wrong" and it's impossible to schedule one.
      Airmiles have disappeared on my account and the website details are inaccurate.
      Today I called at 8am sharp when the call centre opened and now, half hour later I am still on hold!
      I would give zero stars if that were an option, I am going to try to transfer my Airmiles to another collector program.

Ordered first reward April 15. 10 emails regarding updated delays on arrival to their warehouse, with today's email (July 28) giving a new estimate of arriving in warehouse Aug 17. I give up on expecting to ever receive my reward from Air Miles. * ** *** ********* **** ********

      ******** ******* ** *********** * ***** 2 yrs my father died, 25 emails attaching all documentation each time as per their request, they still refuse to do it & respond. This is by email , call and faxing.       I am on the phone with airmiles right now
      They refuse to change my name without me sending in a whole bunch of documentation to do so. BUT they will let me open a new account with my proper last name and then merge the two together.
      Does this make sense to anybody?
      They donated my miles and closed my account!
      They would rather do that then change my name. Thank for your help airmiles!
