            I purchased items from this seller. I realized they charged me $650 for items I did not order. They refunded me part of it then said they did a calculation error. I called 10x and left voicemail with no callback. My emails were answered once with a promise of a refund. 1 month later I have no refund and they refuse to contact me back. The items I did receive and order were poor quality and they will not help me with any customer service. *************************************************

            I ordered several items for a big event. Before placing the order, I called them and got confirmation that they will deliver on time. Did not get the items on time. The website gives a Canadian address but it is not made in Canada ******* ** ***** **** ****** ** ******** **** ** ***** **** ***  It is nearly impossible to speak to a rep. Even when we were able reach them. they kept telling us that we reached the wrong department and it is beyond their control to help. They blame the courier company but the courier company is not to be blames ** **** ****** *** ******** ******** ******** ** *** ***** **** **** ******** ***** ** *** *****
