I bought a pack of 50 spin classes for a total of $1050.90.

Spinco unexpectedly closed for renovations 3 months ago and after a few weeks passed I reached out asking them for a refund, because at a few weeks it was taking longer than I expected. I used 18 of the 50 classes so because I had 64% of the 50 classes unused, I asked a 64% refund of $672.58.

Nobody replied for weeks, eventually after me reaching out repeatedly somebody replied and said instead of a refund they would extend the expiry date. I asked when they would reopen and haven’t heard anything back. I’ve since emailed and called numerous times and nobody replies to me or returns my calls.

I don’t know what to do but it’s been 3 months with almost $700 tied up in fitness classes I can’t use. I just want my money back.
