      Went well for a few years. Then I fell behind during covid, having been ill. Have been trying to catch up but payments started coming out willy nilly and paid, probably what im behind in nsf fees. Including 4 payments in 2 weeks. I took off pre authorization and started calling to make payment arrangements. That went ok for a month or 2 and today they tried to take money I don't have again and didn't authorize. So their system seems built to ***** you, especially if you're trying to keep your car. They can't help, they don't want to. So I'll probably lose my car soon and I'll say good riddance to TD.

      I got behind on my payment they will not work with me. They got poor customer service threatening not to work with me or nothing.poor customer service. Please help me to resolve this!!!!!

      The worst customer service ever by an insurance company. Manager named Dorris came on the line and still wasn’t able to help us. She couldn’t even locate our profile and asked us to visit a TD branch and the branch staff asked us to call the customer service number. None of them were able to assist us on time.

      I had a car loan with TD Loan, The vehicle was bought out as I had purchased a new vehicle.
      I had to call multiple times to TD. They have the worst customer service agents. I had always paid my loan every time and never missed a payment. They **** to me about not rec'v the buy-out loan from the dealership. I had to call a lot and got frustrated. ******** ******* *** ********* ******* *** ******* *** ** ******* * **** **** *****

      I had to file bankruptcy . I was behind on payments but said I would make it right with TD and continue to pay them. The trustee said that TD did not file the loan properly and I could pay them because it would be their asset. I signed the papers and 3 weeks later TD had the vehicle repossessed. * *** ** * ***** ** ********* * * **** ************* *** ******** **** **** * ***** ******** *** ** **** ***** ****** * *** ****** ******** *** * *** * ***** **** ******** ** ** ***** ** **** *** **** ****** ******** *** ******* . It has been 25 days and TD has not filed the claim.

      I made my scheduled payment of $283 on February 24th. March 1st the charged my account $283 which bounced and cost me a $45 NSF fee. I called and spoke with them, they confirmed they received my payment on February 28th and that “the system” shouldn’t have attempted to take additional money, especially as I do not have any pre authorization to remove fund from the account! I pay the bill manually! Now I check my account, and they have AGAIN, on March 2nd, attempted to take $283 from my account, which bounced, and cost me ANOTHER $45 NSF fee.
      This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!! I don’t have $90 to throw down the drain because your “system” is going haywire!!!

      * *** *** *** ***** ***** * ******** ****** *** *** **** *** *** *** **********. They can do nothing for you. You can't be on a conference call, they can't call you back. I will not ever use TD auto finance again.

      The customer service needs help hiring people that speaks proper English. Most of the time that I call I end up with an agent that can barely speak English and when I ask to be transferred to someone that can speak better English, I start getting an attitude and interrupted from them. I’ve have multiple vehicle loans with td auto finance and I’ve never had this problem before. They need to find, train or even hire someone that has better communication skills and because of this experience I will not be dealing with them again and I will be looking another finance company that is willing to take over my loan
