      **** ***** ** ****** They are holding money that is owed BACK TO ME after I paid my car loan in full. When I call to speak to someone I am told "soon" and when I ask when I am given different dates. ********** *** * **** ** ***** ******** *****

      ***** **** **** ***** *** *** *** ** ******* Payment planned messed up on their end and customer service including manager were **** and not helpful at all. The payment numbers do not add up and make it impossible to get caught up on payments in which they charge 9 dollars a day interest.

      I was in a car accident and waiting for gap insurance. They decided to take a payment leaving me with 68.00 ** *** ** **** ******. Good service. Auto withdrawal was removed and no permissions given

      ******* ** **** **** ** ***** ******* *** **** *** ** *** **** ********* ** **** TD does nothing to help people They never reply to voice mails then claim that I never did call and leave a message if you finally get to talk to someone Numerous calls to my account manager and get nothing in return for upto 14 days only for her to leave a message to call the same number and extension When I called samething I had to leave a message When I did get a person on the line they said they would send my account manager an email to call me 4 days no reply so I left another message of course being verbal she finally called me So therefore she was available to call me earlier that day and never made an attempt Now a Supervisor I talked to gave me his number and said to call if I need any help or have questions 2 times I have called and no reply Trying to resolve my issue so I can keep my car and go to work and keep a roof over my head TD just wants to take people's livelihood away from them Of course if they repo your vehicle and auction it they can actually make more of a profit when someone buys it from say a dealership You stopped taking payments for no reason Never reply to people Your supervisor said I only had to make a payment and everything will be good I can be back on track I told him the money is in my bank account 6 days later it's still there So is that your game TD Take people's cars then auction them and resell them ** ****** **** *** ********** **** ****** ******** ******

      Took over 18 days to receive an email showing there’s no lean and that the travel trailer was paid off despite phoning numerous times and being assured it would only take a few business days. I do not recommend TD auto finance as they seem to have no problems taking your money but when you need help it takes a long time for them to come through.

      Went well for a few years. Then I fell behind during covid, having been ill. Have been trying to catch up but payments started coming out willy nilly and paid, probably what im behind in nsf fees. Including 4 payments in 2 weeks. I took off pre authorization and started calling to make payment arrangements. That went ok for a month or 2 and today they tried to take money I don't have again and didn't authorize. So their system seems built to ***** you, especially if you're trying to keep your car. They can't help, they don't want to. So I'll probably lose my car soon and I'll say good riddance to TD.

      I got behind on my payment they will not work with me. They got poor customer service threatening not to work with me or nothing.poor customer service. Please help me to resolve this!!!!!

      The worst customer service ever by an insurance company. Manager named Dorris came on the line and still wasn’t able to help us. She couldn’t even locate our profile and asked us to visit a TD branch and the branch staff asked us to call the customer service number. None of them were able to assist us on time.

      They had two contracts for one vehicle on my account and started taking payments 3 months before it was due. It's been almost 3 weeks and still no word on getting my money back

      I had a car loan with TD Loan, The vehicle was bought out as I had purchased a new vehicle. I had to call multiple times to TD. They have the worst customer service agents. I had always paid my loan every time and never missed a payment. They **** to me about not rec'v the buy-out loan from the dealership. I had to call a lot and got frustrated. ******** ******* *** ********* ******* *** ******* *** ** ******* * **** **** *****
